Cappucino Review (Non RM)

So this little thing has got me through alot of boring times. When I'm sick of driving the 80000hp rockets of GT5 with easy mode built-in, I drive this. It may not be the most powerful or coolest (It may be the cutest though) it allows me to learn how to drive again because after the R35's on racing softs (which I despise) going to something more challenging/fun is quite a big change. The Cappucino gives you so much feedback it just dives in like a little puppy. The whole car rolls forward quite comically and gracefully slides through, it's quite a weird type of slide. You dont need to counter-steer, you just keep the throttle nailed, it's a really effective way to get round the corner, and quite fun too! Sadly when it comes to the straights it isn't...As 'magic' as is its cornering abilities. But when your inside the small cramped cockpit of the 'Cappy' it does seem quite fast! Actually, on the topic of cockpits, I must say the Cappucino's is one of the best IMO, due to the amount of detail, you can even see the clips for the (for lack of a better word) 'retractable' roof which is really kinda cool. This tune shows you how to drive, it really does. It reminds you of even the most basic techniques. Eg. Braking before the corner, apposed to braking within the corner, little things like this make me such a better driver. It really reminds me of an MX-5, and even has a hint of Elise, with its lightning fast response that the 'Cappy' has. I did venture out online a few times to these 'Nurburgring Trackdays' and I got so many comments saying how cute it was. Many players hardly ever see a Cappucino because people believe that the little 'under-powered' Cappucino has no point of being in the game. Well there is. It allows you to get back to basics with your driving. I want to thank Roj for posting this tune because it has helped me so much. I know this isn't a long review but, meh. ;) Thanks.

Great tune! I love hammering this car out of the corners of Laguna Seca. Only thing is, I believe engine tuning st.3 should be turbo st.3? Maybe it was different when this was updated last. I can't do engine 3, but can put high rpm turbo on. I also have 2.3k km with engine rebuild it is putting out 658hp.

Nice review Frisky, I liked it, and welcome to GTP!

Well in that case, he should find a decent car to tune 'cause the 330i isn't very fast to be honest.

The Cappu really is adorable. Look at it's cute little face and cute little wheelbase. I just want to pinch its cheek and make baby noises at it. :embarrassed::lol:

It's also a little driving machine and you've pretty much said it all regarding how it handles. It is a bit slow on longer straights unfortunately but then it does have less power than a family hatchback. Fortunately it weighs less than a sumo wrestler and handles like a housefly, so no family car could ever keep up. :D

Thanks for the sweet review! Also welcome to GTP! :D

Maybe something has changed with the engine tuning on the XR8 without any warning in the patch notes. As long as the suspension still does it's job it shouldn't be an issue.
Your Dreamy Ghost and was in this Episode of Hot Version!
Sweet! :D Dreamy did well considering its problems that you noted at the end of the video. I don't think the results would've changed if it was a Spec II online tune though, that S15 had 60bhp on the NSX and the Viper is just nuts.

I've actually been trying to record GT5 footage but I'm getting terrible ghosting with the cheap component cables I have. :ouch:

Well that's a problem, because only RJ knows how to drag tune and he doesn't have a working PS3 right now.

I'll help someone who's actually trying to get faster, but I won't help those sort who just beg for tunes and put no actual work in themselves.

Not to mention, for me to drag tune a car requires the person it's being tuned for to do the actual adjustments and testing, I just tell them what to do.

Just buy the R92 for the 1st time ever ! :D

Any tunes for it :sly:

Just asking though .. I will be offline for a bit soo I will fill the 3 settups :

1 - stock
2 - real life stock
3 - A tune from here

:)

Of course when I get back I will review that tune , because I know about the "payment"
