The shot of the Formula Mazda is great, really like the darker tones leading into the image. Makes the car pop out a lot more.
You've got some solid pans in there, but I've got to be honest I'm not a huge fan of the narrower aspect ratio. I know it can be done very well (i.e. Camden Thrasher style) but I'm not sure these are working quite on the same level.
It looks like you're quite far away from the cars at the track, so perhaps try and use this to your advantage and pan even wider to include some of the scenery? Even putting a wide angle on can create some interesting effects.
Good work though, you're static shots are particularly good!
