As an avid player of the original and still am I find myself sat here realising that the only game I'm actually desperate to upgrade to play is Rocket League. Is it worth like £300 though thats the £300 question.

Im really looking forward to the hockey update. They said they will have a stream up on twitch tomorrow showing the update off. Not sure about the December update but most likely the November update. And the game hasn't been frustrating me for the past week now:)

The mutator stuff is complete insanity.

Yep lol. I like it. I just wish they could do 1v1 or 2v2 for mutators stuff and also they can mix it up a little more. Like can they give us a max score to get to or give us a 20:00 match. That stuff is included but they are not included in the mutators mashup playlist. You can probably just do that stuff in private lobbies and exhibition which i don't do. Anyway it's a great update. Some of the stuff is just crazy:lol:

You can adjust everything in a private match.

Im talking about the mutator mashup playlist. I wish they gave us more options of how they set it up. Like for example, No nitros and you have to be the first team to get up to 10 points. Like i said i like the update. It's fantastic. Just wanted those options to be in mutator mashup playlist as well.

My favorite mode would be beach ball if the goal size had also been increased... as it stands, scoring is a massive pain with a large ball. So instead, I prefer playing with a hyper-bouncy small ball. It's extremely flukey, but so, so funny.

I saw it was discounted on Steam from £15 to £12... So naturally I spent £36 on a 4-pack and gave the three spares away for free to some friends. LOGIC! Still, £9 per copy of a game that seems fairly sale-phobic (I had hoped it would go below ₤10 by now but it's still extremely popular and the multiplayer seems like it'll be around for a while, if not forever) seemed like a fair price.

I paid £8 back in 2009 for the predecessor and still play it now. £10 for this new one looks pretty fair.

I really hope you guys are playing this in April/May time. I'm getting a PS4 then and I hope I don't miss you lot.

So how is this game on PC without using a controller? I think the game looks awesome, but I've not been able to decide on whether to get it on my PS4 or on Steam.

You don't have a ps3 or xbox controller? Well ps4 pad should work too tbh.

Miles better with pad in any case.
