Is gold on this mission possible with 0 TCS? The Merc is a mad house if you even look at the throttle. It's losing traction at 90 mph on a slight bend..

Just about managed bronze but thinking about 'cheating' with some TCS before I go mad.

TCS won’t really help, the nature of the car and that section of track means you’ll always be fighting the back end. Trick is making sure you find a good line and not focusing on avoiding the other cars too much. Even if you’re a bit sideways in doing it.

USING TCS IS NOT CHEATING...

TCS is a tool to be used, like using pliers instead of your fingers, like a hammer in place of a rock...
Where in bloody hell did you get the idea that TCS is cheating?
With GT7 I've been challenging myself to use 0 TCS. I've always used TCS on older games but felt like driving without as much as possible. I'm quite happy though as this is the first time I've needed to use it. 30 menus in and all gold's ok the first 3 mission packs and 2 licenses so far.

I find it very impractical to play with a controller without TCS.

I feel like TCS does way too much heavy lifting in GT7 even at the lowest setting.

With the same car, same set up: TCS 0 feels like the tires are made of soap but TCS 1 immediately glues the car to the track. Wish there was something in between.
