No problem mate its happened to me to, received a car and then I sent it to someone else. I have since opened another psn account and started dumping RS0/0/0 cars in there. Got a lot of cars in there already. I usually check all the cars I get but I think I slipped up on that one. I take them to GT Auto and try and change the oil, if it cant be changed it's a RS0/0/0. Then reload my game save data. If you do come across another one please send one to me. Don't need to do anything to resolve this. Thanks for the car anyway because I'll use it in races. Even a RS0/0/0 is better than 0/miles/0 for racing.

That bit about how to check them using GT Auto is helpful 👍 I'll be doing that from now on. I'll definitely let you know if I find any legitimate RX-7's.

Thanks for offering the level 14 as I haven't done that race yet. Just remember to save data first then check oil then reload you data.
