I really hope there's a lot more to come (for free, since we already bought the track) since an obvious amount of work has gone into this. Work that in my view, could've been better employed on something a bit more interesting.

This goes deeper than we though. The bridge 2 does connect. We have solid proof of a part of a track connecting halfway through both sides. If exploited, this would not only explain all these oddities but seriously cut down on lap times.
Solid undeniable proof.

Maybe a SSRX Road Course? that would be fun. If only we could fly and drive through walls all our questions would be solved. Than again, after looking at the pictures, a SSRX road course would take a LOT of remodeling and reconfiguration. It would be fun though; just think, that HUGE banked turn and some loops that aren't on cape ring. I see potential, but then I remember it's PD were talking about, so I'm not going to get my hopes up.
Maybe in GT6?
That would be HORRIBLE. It's a good idea, but if SSRX is in GT6 to start it's wasted money. I know in MvC if you buy DLC it's good for both games so GT5/GT6 should do the same.

It would make a cool addition to NASCAR races.
RACE 1-Lame daytona road coarse
RACE 2-Complicated and overrated Indy road coarse
RACE 3-TRM stock car coarse
RACE 4-SSRX Epic Road Coarse
RACE 5-SSRX Oval

I would be satisfied with just R4 and R5.

I drove around and I checked out that loop on the course. As far as the camera can see in photo mode during the replay, it does NOT connect back to the track at all. It just goes up the mountain and disappears. Some are talking about a dome like area, but from the other side it looks like nothing special. There is an airport with 2 runways but there is no way to connect to it. Looks just like an area to see and thats it.

There are three loops. The one you see from the start line, the one you see on the other side (both of these are connected and connected to the track) and a third loop visible from near the start that appears to be near the "track" but is not connected at all. As I said it would take some SERIOUS remodeling but if it's free for the DLC purchasers I'm on board. One must also take into account the dam: we already know that PD can use the engine to make inside tracks. Given enough time and resources PD could do it. I have also noticed odd "openings" in the dam. Holes that are unaccessable but still there. Also, on the first corner the "paths" that lead from the road to the concrete wall (at least one of them) line up with the "gaps" in the barriers (where one piece of barrier ends and another begins). Whilst this doesn't line up with the SSRX "driving park", a SSRX Road Course could easily take advantage of this. Like taking Complex String, rearranging it to make it fit inside of SSRX, than building a $4,000,000 concrete superstructure around it. The more I think about it the more I want it.
