RWD Drifting - Monaco

Anybody have any videos of RWD cars drifting Monaco? Everytime I drift this track I alway slam into the walls a bunch of times every lap.

can you drift hte naroow turn at tokyo before the last hair... practice there first... and then apply similar workings on cote... i find that there is one line to take most of the time... and you have to find it

yeah I can drift all of tokyo without hitting the walls...I guess it's just because I never drive Monaco...unless I'm driving F1 cars..because F1 cars just rule on Monaco

hehe, ok cool

the section after the tight downhill hairpin, but before the long straight that goes into a tunnel..it's a small straight maybe 10 car lengths long...do you drift that or do you just drift the corner before and after that?

i drift hte entire turn when i exhibition drift it... i start at the outside... turn in and brake drift slightly so that i still have some speed... let off andbrake a bit harder when i enter the turn to get a steeper angle... then i just control the angle so i will not hit hte long straight's wall...

if i have made a mistake i cannot correct for it and must go through with the mistake and eigher hit hte wall slightly or drift twice... its all in the line... it goes outside... over the rumble strips... out into that gulf like thing... and then hug hte corner without changing your slip angle from the gulf thing... so you come out straight while you were sideways in the turn... hope this helps... not as clear as a vid or a slide show but i cant do that yet...

alright, cool I'll have to try that...how about the little bus-stop turn thing after the straightaway that goes through the tunnel? do you just roll through that or do you drift that as well?

i love monaco, my only problem is because it is so slow i end up just blowing through the gears and smokin the tires all the way down the straight- btw, i kinda just throw some over strear through the bus stop thing and not a huge angle on the drift

thats track is hard too drift but compleks strings was bad even until now still cant make it ...i think i have seen the gtr-34 drift at compleks string ...but i forget ...try download it at video section ...

Complex string wouldn't be so bad if it was divided into like 3 courses hehe..it's just that it's soooo long that I forget where to brake and what lines I used by the time I get back around to do a corner again. hehe

the 90 degree turns at complex are great for learning how to hold a drift for a long time, ur front tires should just clip the rumble strip

I do not drift that little buss stop thing... i find it wasteful lol... i just brake turn on the rumble par right on the corner and go through like it wasnt there...

i do drift the big bus stop thing after the hard left...

it is possilbe to to hard left big bus stop thing as one drift... i have done it once or twice on sims... with a little bit of grip regained as i went though the straight in the busstop... i was still sideways but not much smoke...

yeah, I love drifting the big bustop..I can drift all the way through that in one drift and it looks awesome....I hate the little bustop though..it's annoying trying to drive through it on sims hehe

Like I said, it's not the greatest lap ever, I hit the wall a bunch of times, but you should be able to get an idea of how to do it.

Okay, all of it's up to download. I had a problem last night uploading for some reason. My FTP client stopped uploading all of a sudden, so it's up and ready to download. One full lap around Monaco with a few bumps
