An interesting idea occurred to me, though I don't know if I should start a new thread for it, or see if it can be included into this one. The idea is to pick one of the tour events, select a car from the available pack and do the same as we have been doing here; so everyone interested could present their take on that race/TT/drift event. Every week a new event could be chosen.

good idea, i like it, not sure about opening another thread but thats your call of course and i'll get involved if you do, but i see no reason why it cant be included in this thread, a tour event means we can go straight to it and maybe try to get missing stars or beat our respective times while we are there, the weekly winner (if there's only 1) can if he / she choose's, could pick a tour event to stage the pics on, 'Elements' for example was bloody solid when i played it, took me ages to crack that one, i use a different driver setup now and im also more experienced on the game than when i took that tour on, i keep meaning to go back and try again to beat my time's but havnt got round to it. i see no reason why selecting a tour event cant be an option when picking the next photo shoot, can even stick to one car and one colour on the chosen tour event, we were talking over ways to expand this thread and this sounds like a good one, we could even include a best lap time strictly for banter and not part of the photo shoot for those that wish to do so 👍

Can't see why that wouldn't work - choosing a tour event effectively is the same as choosing a track, time and weather conditions. To work with this thread I do think it would be best to stick with just one car from that event though. Maybe not everyone will have all the dlc tours but I think the majority of us regulars do.
I'm happy to agree with you guys, It is best to stick to the same car/colour etc though as you say, but very happy to move things on.
This weeks winner could always choose a tour event to try it out, Some people may not have got round to unlocking them all though by using photo mode too much
so we could start with the first few tours and the start line tour for those with PS+ edition.. I also had the idea of seeing who got the fastest time (between the entries for a bit of fun) on that track.
Shall we try one event from the new early start line tour to see if it works? So the winner chooses the tour name (which will have the track and weather) then they will have to go in to that and choose the car and colour..👍

It is the Mini JCW GP in factory grey GP logo colour under used again by people here as it doesn't appear on the photo thread much again so a good choice and is fun to throw around this great circular wet track in Japan.
This is taken from the Start line tour and chosen by our winner @c_14S6 .
It is the mini adventure Event (second one), just click the factory grey GP colour.
Bonus: Kudos to who ever post their five pics if you want to add a special 6th showing your best time or leaderboard of your time you are more than welcome. I got the 3 stars pretty easy 1.29 something back when I did it but haven't tried too hard yet so maybe there will be some global times appearing soon here...the winner of the best time on here will be mentioned on the next banner and If anyone has any further ideas for the best time winner post it up here.

We have dynamic weather x 60 so should be interesting.
