Saving Rewards Bug (from the FAQ)

From the FAQ:

Q: HELP! Why are my rewards sometimes missing, or my B-Spec drivers changing status by themselves?

A: This is a bug: the autosave feature in remote race is not working properly at this time. Every time you interact with an online B-Spec driver (e.g. change status from online to offline or vice versa, collect rewards, etc.), you must save explicitly yourself! If you don’t save yourself, you may end up losing data (rewards, online status). So always save by hand!

How does one go about manually saving the game vs. autosave?

If I go onto my PS3 B-Spec driver profile and collect the rewards, how exactly do I ensure that they don't vanish?

And just to be clear, if I want to use my B-Spec driver offline to advance in the B-Spec mode and I disable the online share functionality for that time, I must collect the rewards BEFORE turning off the share feature, correct?

As long as no one is using it, when you unshare your Bob, the recieve prizes process will start up automatically for that Bob. If someone is using it you won't be able to unshare.

Manual save is on the GT-Life main screen. Extreme left of screen near the bottom. Always hit this after to collect your remote winnings.

Or change the drivers status from offline to online or vice versa. 👍

I always hit the save button before quitting the game/turning off my PS3 anyway. I never trust auto saving.
