Anyone have tunes for these races yet?

I'll post the requirements and car restrictions here....man some of these races are rough! but fun none the less!!!

Fiat 500 1.2 8V lounge SS '08
Tires: Comfort Medium
Power: 65 or less
Weight: 1000kg or Higher

Honda CR-Z
Tires: Comfort Medium
Power: 122 or less
Weight: 1100kg or Higher

Mazda RX-7 GT-X (FC) '90
Tires: Comfort Soft
Power: 204 or less
Weight: 1250kg or Higher

Dodge Challeneger R/T '70
Tires: Sports Hard
Power: 425 or less
Weight: 1724kg or Higher

Any Nissan Skyline or GT-R
Tires: Sports Soft
Power: 493 or less
Weight: 1100kg or Higher

Well, the first part in the Nissan challenge would be to find the most suitable car for the track... Any suggestion?

Guess the GT-R 07 with an oil change would be spot on, but I also found this info:

But I don't care about the exact hp - the car-setup is much more important in my opinion.
 
i just got gold on the gtr race using ldp's setup (LDP GTR Spec X Predator Edition:tup:) on a Nissan GTR Spec V '09...i just changed the hp of course. It took plenty of tries but that car setup is solid, im not very fast or consistent and managed to snag gold.:)

Cut the first corner if you like:guilty:. 5 sec win.

RX 7
Catalyic Converter: Sports = 204BHP.
Customisable Transmission 143MPH.
Easy accelerating out of corners is most important, didn't win by much 0.225 or something like that.
 
Nissan Race: This track (special stage 5) has quite a long straight, shouldn't it have it's own tune or are some of these tunes that good? or are tunes generally good for almost any track?

I figured each type of track = different tunes...

Sorry for all the questions, I'm new to tuneing and wanna learn more.

Pretty unorthodox setup but obviously it works for you. I used all the same parts as you but car is white and on Enekies.


You don't need the down-force on the rear though, I only just fitted the areo parts as they looked good. The 15 aero slows you down abit to be honest I found as I was faster with it at 0.
 
What is the set up for the Nissan as have this car and struggling to beat 6th

I used the GT-R specV '09.

All weight loss parts fitted and Aero parts, with Aero set at max (2/22)

A Sports Intake Manifold and a Sports Air Filter took it to 492 BHP (NO oil change).

Fully Custom Transmission set at 180 mph (6th gear is at 0.932 for kph users)

I then used the tune as mentioned before (LDP GTR Spec X Predator Edition) which is as follows:

All Drivetrain upgrades, with LSD as:
Initial Torque 5/13
Acceleration 20/45
Braking 10/20

and Torque Distribution at 25/75.

Suspension:
Ride Height -20/-20
Springs 15.2/10.0
Dampers Ext 6/6
Dampers Com 6/6
Anti-roll 4/4

Wheels:
Camber (-) 2.2/1.5
Toe Angle 0.18/-0.10

Brakes: 6/5

I could consistently get 2nd/3rd but was struggling to get the power down smoothly enough (DS3) and was 13 or so seconds off the pace. This tune helped a lot. After a couple of races learning how the tune affected performance I took the Ford GT at the small S just before the hill on the last lap and won by a second.



For the RX-7 race I set Ride Height at lowest, springs 8.8/8.8 , transmission at 143 mph (1.023 6th gear), Aero to max (0/20) and fitted a catalytic converter. All other settings were stock, and took time to learn where to pass cars and where I could push. Not easy on the comfort softs!
 
anyone else have any tunes? for an event that has an expiry date doesn't seem like many tuners are interested or have any insight yet.

Side note: I am happy to see Kaz adding races with strict limits like GT2 had! Hope there is a lot more where that came from!
 
I can't get #1 in the fiat challenge to save my life! Grrrrrrrrrrr 🤬

I got it on the 3rd after i modded it. try with the carbon hood, sports air to put it to 65Hp and modded everything else to its max (minus weight and Hp) and set the tranny top speed to around 110kph/85mph didn't play with the suspension or areo kit...i'm still a noob at all that

Get the window reduction Instead and add the sports air filter for exactly 65hp and 1000kg weight

can someone help me with the '70 r/t?
i cant get get enough grip

edit, i also added the aero kit and am only using the basic adjustable suspension kit

I've used every tune in here for the fiat race and still can't get 1st with all laps being 120.xxx. I'v beaten every other seasonal race within a couple tries, am I missing something or maybe its harder cause it's the last race. I need help!
 
I cut across the last corner and t-boned the audi in first place in order to beat the fiat challenge, to beat the challenger race, Just cut the corners

You're getting unlucky! When I beat the Fiat race my best lap time was 1:19.900 exactly and all the rest of my laps were 1:20:xxx and 1:21:xxx
