Seasonals are getting disappointing

The AIs (Blockers) will always slow down at stupid places such as THE EXIT OF A CORNER in order to trap and block you. I have watched the replay of numerous seasonals from the perspective of the AI that I am about to pass to see this happen. That AI will go 30-50% faster at that exact spot on the track on every other lap. This will happen with EVERY AI that has a chance to trap you. So to beat the more difficult events, you have to learn where the traps are and time them accordingly. This is NOT racing. This is Roller derby or Super Mario and I find it VERY unsatisfying.

👍 Agree. Slightly off topic but this is clearly evident on the AMG special events - the closer you get to the gold times, the more the AI happen to be right on the apex of a given corner.

B-Spec is pretty stupid if you think about it. Gamers buy games to play them themselves, not to watch the AI play the game for you

Imagine the B-Spec concept in other games. Would you be interested in COD watching the AI shoot down enemies and run through levels?

More A-Spec please.

If you'd do a poll the results would probably be that most B spec'rs do it for the easy money and don't even watch the race itself, put bot in car start game watch an episode of days of our lives, and when that's finished the money is waiting for me.

I doubt there are a lot of Ron Dennis wannabe's actually getting excited about coaching virtual racing drivers, wich is the point of the B spec formula in the first place no?
