I've been trying this for awhile, hitting the walls before i got half way though. So, instead of goin at a rediculous pace, I just slowed down and took grandma turns and still just made it in 4:11.8. stupid. The Moral of the story is, if you cant beat this challenge, slow the **** down! (In most cases at least- you have to know how to drive snow of course). 4:05 though? Wow.
You don't have to get ahead of the ghost car for gold, I think.
For Toscana, I did a 1:51.501 (Gold is 1:58.200)
For Eiger, I did a 4:00.411 (gold is 4:08.900)
For Chamonix, I did 4:03.887 (Gold is 4:16.500)
Turn SRF on, and it's easy for the gravel stages, but the snow stage is still challenging with SRF on. I think I could have gotten better times on all of them, but why the heck would i try if I already got Gold? I'm using a DS3.
