Right, how silly of me to think that this was official.
They also said that the track would be availible soon. Yet 5 months and still no word of it doesn't strike me as soon.

Then we have Kaz saying that more info on GT6 would come at TGS, yet it didn't.
He talks big game about a sound update, then it wasn't quite ready for release, and then it just kind of disappeared.
AI was supposedly upgraded. We buy the game, and find out that the AI is actually worse.
Quantum leap in DLC, with new DLC every month (or was it every 2 months?). That hasn't quite happened.

Maybe one day, but this is not that day. PDI said it would be via a free update. The Ayrton Senna Tribute stuff is already in the game. All we are missing are the car models and the additional tracks.

I’m excited to share with you all that on May 27th, a new content update will be coming for GT6 owners that includes the Ayrton Senna Tribute, which is the culmination of this long term partnership. The Ayrton Senna Tribute content update will let you trace the roots of his racing career and relive some of Senna’s best moments, including his pole position laps on circuits such as Brands Hatch and Monza.

Starting May 27th, a dedicated Ayrton Senna section will become available on the main menu when you download the update. The content release includes one of Senna’s first go-karts, built by DAP, which helped start his racing career, and the Lotus 97T that Senna drove during his second Formula 1 season in 1985 when he tallied seven poles.



Earn a bronze or better in any of the Senna Challenges and you’ll receive the car. In addition, Senna Challenges place racers in the same courses driven by Senna, challenging them to beat his legendary lap times. Those include:

• Lotus 97T
  • Course: Monza ’85 layout
  • Target Time: Senna’s pole position time 1’25.084

• Lotus 97T
  • Course: Brands Hatch ’85 layout
  • Target Time: Senna’s pole position time 1’07.169

You’ll also have the option to purchase the car with in-game credits from the Ayrton Senna dealership without having to complete the seasonal event.

And i'll not pay a single buck for any dlc. If the game would have been a full game at first place, maybe. But as half-arsed as it is right now, they better of start to make it complete to match the expectation I had with the 60€ I spend.

So it stands to reason that provided it gets released in a timezone that is May 27, then they can still be correct.

I have spend over ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ON GT6 (got the special edition at launch in Australia, pricey ). I even bought a new PS3 for it. Senna is one of my all time heroes and golly gosh, he would be ashamed of you.
