My theory:
1. It will be released the same clock as the BMW VGT Update, which is about 2 hours from now via hotfix (because It most likely be included in a previous +900MB update)
2. Tomorrow at the same clock.

We have every right to complain pd is a garbage company they promised us a track back in February and still haven't released it. I say fire that idiot Kaz and hire somebody with some sort of bussiness knowledge

They have always released updates and seasonal events at 10pm Eastern which was 7 hours ago they are late

I think hotfix aka "ninja update" is the right answer - just as they haven't announced any maintenance.

Also I do not recall the VW vision was confirmed to be in the GT6 today - I think it was just that it will be revealed today. Just thinking that at least no-one has found any traces of the car in the game data. As such i think it requires an actual update and maintenance to add the car..
