I'm trying to iterate images in Bing, but I don't think I'm doing it right. However, I am getting better at prompts.

Here's my attempt to illustrate the moment my trip to Donington was cancelled, complete with pit lane pass round my neck.

Hopefully this isn't going to become a series - he's my Copilot impression of me right now...

I'd like to point out that I don't look quite this old, or quite as much like Tony Robinson, but otherwise it's pretty good for a first attempt...

Testing using AI as an intermediate step for creating retro pixel art.

Step 1: Crudely draw what I want.

Step 2: AI image-to-image to get a more refined version.

Step 3: Use my Python script to generate some cool low-color quantizations.

I had a little play with AI images for the first time in a while and with the news of Hyundai (Genesis) joining WEC I wanted to see what AI might think they may look like. I was quite impressed.

An AI-assisted short story, envisioning a dystopian future in which frozen pizza companies expect to be tipped:

Steve thought he could outsmart the system. He'd bought a DiGiorno, a Red Baron, and a Tombstone pizza in consecutive weeks, resolutely ignoring the absurd tip cards each one contained. "What are they going to do, really?" he had laughed to himself. But now, standing in his kitchen, he wasn't laughing anymore.

It started with a knock at the door. Steve opened it to find a well-dressed man in a black suit holding a briefcase emblazoned with the DiGiorno logo.

"Mr. Steve," the man said smoothly. "You’ve failed to tip us. We’ve come for Fluffy."

Steve slammed the door, heart racing, and ran to find his cat. But before he could scoop her up, a loud buzzing sound filled the air. He looked out the window to see a swarm of drones, each one bearing the unmistakable red-and-white insignia of Red Baron. They began pelting his house with mini anchovy pizzas, the stench of fish and cheese permeating the air.

"Come out, Steve!" a booming voice blared from a speaker attached to one of the drones. "You can't escape the wrath of the Baron!"

Just as Steve thought it couldn't get worse, his phone buzzed. A text message appeared:

TOMBSTONE HAS DECLARED YOUR PROPERTY A TAPZ. COMPLY WITH OUR TERMS OR FACE CONSEQUENCES.

As if on cue, his power flickered, and the faint sound of a cowbell echoed ominously through the house. Steve checked his Wi-Fi—gone. His phone? Hijacked, now showing nothing but an endless scroll of Tombstone propaganda.

Panicking, Steve tried to call 911, but the DiGiorno man was already inside, somehow, standing calmly in his living room and holding Fluffy in one arm and a pet-sized pepperoni pizza in the other.

"You can still tip," the man said, smiling faintly. "It’s not too late."

Before Steve could respond, a Red Baron drone crashed through the window, narrowly missing the DiGiorno man. A Tombstone pizza box slid under the door like a calling card.

"Enough!" Steve screamed, grabbing a broom and swatting at the drone, sending it spiraling into the DiGiorno man. The chaos escalated as Fluffy leapt from the man’s arms, hissing and clawing her way onto the refrigerator. The cowbell grew louder, the smell of anchovies thicker, and Steve realized he had to act.

He ran to his laptop—thankfully still operational—and pulled up three browser tabs, each one for a tipping portal: DiGiorno, Red Baron, and Tombstone.

"Fine! You win!" he yelled, frantically entering his credit card details and tipping each one a full 50%.

As soon as he clicked "Submit," the madness ceased. The drones retreated, the cowbell stopped, and the DiGiorno man straightened his tie, giving Steve a curt nod before disappearing out the door.

Steve collapsed on the floor, exhausted, as Fluffy padded over and gave him an almost approving nuzzle.

"Never again," Steve muttered, staring at the wreckage of his kitchen. "I'm making my own pizza from now on."

From the shadows of the room, a single Tombstone pizza box slid forward slightly, as if to remind him: We’re always watching.

Nothing too special, but I tried animating one of my GT7 scapes using Minimax and it looks pretty cool.

With a certain subset of the internet losing their damn minds over the idea that CD Projekt Red would DARE make Ciri (and an OLD HAG Ciri at that!) the main character of The Witcher IV and making godawful "fixes" to her design... I figured it would be fun to take a stab at "fixing" Geralt using the same logic:

I used Hailuo AI to animate one of my favourite photos from the Nurburgring 24h this summer - I took a photo of this group at around 2am after they had very kindly let me join their encampment for about an hour and a half. An extremely friendly and hospitable chap called Daniel was very welcoming, and supplied me with some ice cold beers, and even an entire plateful of food - at 1.30 in the morning! It was absolutely amazing, though I regret not asking him for any contact details, and I don't remember much details like where he said he was from, but I reckon it was somewhere relatively nearby. In any case, this pic really captures the essence of what I really wanted to experience for myself, and Daniel and his friends made an already magical day something really special.

For reference, here is the original photograph from which the above was made. Incidentally, the video above was made using only this single image - there were no other prompts or instructions!!

Apologies for the double post, but I felt this one justified a fresh post...

It took 3.5 hours to make while I was working this afternoon (processing time only, it involved zero work from me!), but it's scarily good - this one is based on an image I created using Copilot, and is animated using Hailuo AI/Minimax from a single image with zero prompts...

(I searched for a thread like this but didn't find one so thought I'd check the interest)

With the recent mainstream virality of AI and in particular the Image Generation aspect, I thought it would be cool to see what people have been creating. Share whatever you think looks good, Maybe try and explain a bit of your creation or maybe the prompts used.

There are quite a few popular AI image Generators but I personally use the Bing AI Image Creator because its powered with DALL-E and is very easy to use. All you need is a Microsoft account and you are away!

I started with trying to create things that would make cool looking album covers.

Also, on the text side of things, I’ve been experimenting with Overchat AI— it’s been a game-changer for writing articles and content ideas. Super fast and saves me a lot of time compared to doing everything manually.

If there's interest maybe we can have a different theme each week or something like that.
(If theres no interest I'll just go back to playing with it by myself)😄
Great idea for a theme, thanks for starting it! I've also started actively using AI to generate images - it really opens up a lot of creative possibilities. It's especially interesting to experiment with different styles and unexpected combinations in prompts, sometimes you get something completely unique.

Your pictures look very atmospheric - just like art for a music album from an alternate reality. It would be great if you shared a couple of examples of your prompts - just out of curiosity.

And yes, the idea with weekly themes is great! It can inspire participants and set an interesting vector for creativity. I fully support it!

Thanks 👍 Those were generated quite a while ago now so I can't remember the prompts. I remember using "Death Metal" to generate the more aggressive looking images. Like I said these were generated a while ago and on quite a basic engine. I imagine you could get even better results nowadays with the AI improvements made since.
