you can't unlock them on consoles. on pc you can do everything. You must play hot pursuit to get the cars in shift. However the pagani will be in the convertible dlc. The reventon is just the reventon with cop livery.. so useless.

Unlock them? As in...being able to race them or being able to upgrade them?

Because if it's the former, you can do that by going to Extras > VIP content (or smoething like that).

To add to this, you would have needed to play Hot Pursuit before unlocking both of these cars. I haven't tried it yet but I'm pretty sure you log in through Autolog on HP so Shift 2 knows that you at least have the game.

Hmm...really?? I played the 360 demo, but bought the game on PS3. I'll have to fire up the 360 when I get home and try this!

Yeah but that's gonna be a modifiable one (hopefully) meaning it's going to be monstrous (since it's above PI - 2,000 stock)

Yeah - having the NFSHP demo only still gets you the extra cars and points! Did it on the Xbox version last night. Thanks for the tip!

Actually you log in thru EA games and it knows all the EA games that you have and it links it all.

I had no idea playing the demo will give you the extra cars. I believe I deleted that data from my PS3 already before I got the game, but if EA acknowledges that I had it, I should be able to access them. Otherwise we can always rent the game if we really wanted the content. I think eventually they will be dlc. Why not, its more money for Sony.

Thanks for the heads up Justin, I just tried it. I had no idea having a demo would work!

The demo on the Xbox version has been removed (can't find it on the list)! But luckily I just went to my past downloaded games and found it. If you have never downloaded the game then you are so outta luck!
