- Player progression is just broken. Why was I totally maxed out at level 20 with 23% completion and just seven hours of Gameplay? That's asinine, it makes the whole Track Mastery micro game (which is brilliant) totally pointless.

- Tuning option in pre-race menu. I can go to the car lot, buy a car, and upgrade that car without leaving the pre-race menu, but if I want to tune, I have to back all the way out to the garage in the main menu???

- Custom Soundtrack. Yeah. I'm really over the two songs that constantly play with everything you do. Can you add in that Children Singing song from GT5?

- Manual Transmission. yes it has Manual, but right now I can either use the Shifter, or the Steering paddles. I can't use both. I channel my inner nerd in driving games and like to use the shifter in cars with a shifter and paddles in cars with paddles. But to do so now, I have to back all the way out and change it in the Main Options every time I switch cars....

Annnnnnnnnd Go.....

Well first on list is this annoying floating around the track. I just can't keep racing line at all :(

and then there is Feezing issue, i wan't them gone!

Fix the handling of some cars like the Lotus Exige, which seem to handle like they were taken directly from Shift 1 (odd floaty-slidey feeling).

I am like you, I enjoy using both types of shifting as per car. What wheel do you use? Because I dont have to come out and change it, I just enable auto clutch by pressing X on the wheel and bam, paddle shift mode. Thats with the G27.

Regarding progression. I think it's brilliant.

The role of experience seems to be to give you a reason to work through learning the physics of the game early on when it might be tough. But you very quickly unlock pretty much everything, so you can play whatever you like. I think it's a bit of a shame that the levels don't keep going beyond 20 just for fun, but I suspect it'll be extended in the DLC.

Note that not EVERYTHING is unlocked either. You have to complete certain amounts of the relevant discipline to access the rivals, and you don't get GT1 until you've completed GT3.

DFGT, I'll have to experiment for auto clutch trick and see if it works..

I agree it is brilliant. I LOVE the Master Corners, Line Mastery, clean lap bonus, clean overtake bonus, everything is amazing. And it's a feature I wish other driving games would rip off. It's just really disappointing when it's over not even a quarter through the game, and I haven't even raced half the tracks yet...

- If you start a race, crash and wreck some of the track environment (tires falling over, barriers down, etc..) then you restart the race, the track is sometimes still "damaged".

- Make the drag strip free when it comes out (lol, I wish)

- Reduction of steering lag when using a steering wheel. With that the game will instantly become 3.14 times more enjoyable.

- Helmet/cockpit view adjustments. Amount of look-to-apex, amount of head movement, seating position and FOV. I.e. exactly like it is in GTR2, the benchmark sim and big daddy of helmet cams, made back in 2006 by some of the same people that now make S2U.

I second these two. These would be the biggest single improvements to the game for me.

Get rid of the automatic spin out when another driver decides to clip your car. The NBR is simply intolerable for this when the AI cars are all TRYING to play bumper cars with you.

Steering wheel lag - fix it

Make it clearer which events you have done and haven't.

Allow you to tune the car from the race menu

For the suspension tuning have actual values and not just relative ones. I know exactly how to tune a 911's suspension in real life but I don't have a clue how to apply that in the game!

Get rid of the floaty movement of cars at high speed that have Aerokit's - especially in a straight line. I've done 175mph on Autobahns in my stock RS6 estate with no Aerokit and that's as planted as a rock. My Porsche Turbo has done even higher numbers with no drama either. So why does a GT3/2 in the game have such poor stability?

Improve overall driving physics closer to GT5.

- Get those side mirrors mounted rigidly, not with jello-bolts. It looks phony and is distracting. At least make an upgrade part for it: Rigid Mirror Mounts, $12 :P

Fix the input lag.

They can add anything else that make sense at the same time, but the input lag is extremely annoying. I just can't enjoy the game because I simply get pissed when I lose races after crashing because I tried to make a slight correction, the car responded only half a second later, when it was too late.

I can't even really "feel" the physics properly because of the lag.

Make it possible to pit. I mean... at the end of an endurance race sometimes you can crash. It would be nice if I could pit and repair it somehow.

- Fix the damn Driver's Level rewards.
- Get rid of the overly-sensitive steering input
- Every time you buy a duplicate of a car whatever is done to one of them magically appears on the second.
- Fix the lock-up issue, seriously.
- On occasion some cars tend to automagically revert back to it's stock color (namely, the SLS).
- And, once again, fix the damn Driver's Level rewards.

More penalty for online players who continue to play bumpercars on the Green hell and anywhere else for that matter

My wishlist include most of the above and:

1) Create a way to scroll the Autolog wall. You cannot see all the times
2) Bring back the world leaderboards (as in Shift1 where you could browse them in online mode)
3) Increase the options to set the parameters when you create an online session eg. which assists are allowed etc ( thats where the other game is a step ahead in creating an online race)
