So, im in the mood for a new car, something not only to convert to works, but something that will destroy that turd Rado and his little scion.

I just took him on in my works converted R32, and i couldnt quite pull it off. I finished 2,1,2, and 2. I wasnt too far off of him, but i've already tweeked the R32 and dont think i can get enough out of it to cover those last 2-4 seconds to take him out.

What do you guys think? Audi R8, or Nissan GT-R Spec-V. To be honest, i'd rather have the R8. Im much more an Audi man than Nissan, But If there is a large difference in terms of performance, i'd really like to know. So, whats better, works converted R8, or works GT-R Spec-V? Which one is faster, which one is more stable, which one corners better, etc etc.

GT R spec V with engine swap (GT R GT1 engine) best car I have - about 2050 PI and beats all my other times by cars with + then 2200 PI and much cheaper than the other supercars

In my opinion, the R35 is a much better choice than the R8. I also would prefer the Audi, but I tried and tried to tune my R8 and could never get it stable and fast. My R35 is very fast, much faster than any of my other B-level cars. Mine is a straight R35 (not V-Spec), but check out Terronium-12's tune for the R35 V-Spec. I used that tune, modified slightly on my R35, and it is very fast and stable.

As far as beating Rado, see my "Chris Rado Sucks!" thread, and there are a lot of opinions in there for different car options.

nevermind about chris rado. i just tweeked the R32 a little to help it in the corners and i went 1, 1, 1, and 2 in the series. So that damn scion is mine! And now to store it away in the garage and never use it :P

So the works R8 is a handful, huh? Shame. What about the other Audis? Mainly the works S4 and RS4.

V-Spec is way much better then Audi. Just compare lap times.

V-spec, I would say. If you want an Audi, you could also consider the Murcielago... After all, Lamborghini are owned, designed and made by Audi 👍

I tightened up the springs in the Works version of the R8 and it was much better. I could not quite get it to GT1/GT3 standards, but it was much more drivable after the tuning.

The R8 Works with the V10 would be the best car in the game if it wasn't for the massive oversteer. (Think it was like PI-2100+) The GT-R is also bad with that too but is alot more manageable then the R8.
