I was dissapointed when I learned the full GP with the high speed oval wasn't included. However I was racing on the 1958 Monza version, talking to my brother about my dissapointment of not being able to get on the banking, when he says "drive through the hay bales". I fully expected to crash into an invisble wall blocking the path where the hay bales mark the boundries. To my surprise I drove right through onto the banking. You can drive on the high speed banking track unfettered. Fully functional all the way around on both banked turns, and the back straight as well.

The replay camera doesn't follow you around the oval, and on both bankings there is some significant bumps when hit right, will dis-color and blur your whole screen. I just figured that those bumps are just a small taste of how bumpy the banking really was for the drivers who actually raced on it.

Now to the part I don't understand. They took the time to actually make the oval driveable. They coulda put an invisble barrier blocking the way, yet they didn't. It was made (quite easily) accessible to those who ventured over to the high speed track to drive on it. That being the case, why wasn't it included, or made part of a possible two/three track pack in this dlc? We coulda had a '58 Monza GP track WITHOUT the banking, and maybe a '54/'59 Monza GP track WITH the banking. There also coulda been a '58 Monza track with the banking ONLY like how it was used for "Race of Two Worlds".

Don't get me wrong, this dlc is amazing. Racing on the old versions of Rouen, Hockenheim, Monza, Silverstone...it's awesome. If I wanna drive the banking I can just go into tuning mode and turn laps on the banking to my hearts content. I just don't get/wish they made it fully utilized. Especially for any career/tuning/quick race/online racing...

My only question (out of curiousity) is why the full GP circuit and high speed oval combined was not included for career/quick race, or for possible online play?
