Yes. That is why I only use my Veyron for drag races. It can't even take the turn at SSRX without having to slow down. It isn't a Pagani.

That's why I hate it. Can't have a supersports car that can't turn. Otherwise its a street legal drag car.

So high luxury drag car, correct?

More like a fast 1st class continental express mostly useless in current day traffic other than for posing reasons as people who can afford it can also afford a private jet.
Still, would love to have a Premium version in GT6 (or GT5 DLC).

I'm all for it to stay, never said I wasn't but people hate it due to it being better than most things. Really life around 4 tuned cars are fastest than the super sport but no road cars. Veyron was original orientation of a great manufacturer. I love one make races (an all veyron race with the different variations would be the most expensive) but having many hyper cars would be just as good. Would be better in a grid start though. But 16 cars all hypers cars and all different with veyrons, ageras, huayras etc with tuned gtrs, mp4s, aventadors etc and even a stock Ariel Atom V8 would be a great race compared to some of the current races pd have generated. but like someone said 2 posts ago, it's a great cruiser that can out run anything on the road not a track racer (climate control, dab cd player, heated seats etc)
Not arguing, just my opinion :)

I know that you're not against keeping the car, and that you're talking about why those against it are against it. I'm just saying that's not a good excuse. In GT or real life, the Veyron has plenty of competition.

It wasn't the first hyper car, nor the first car of it's class. If anything, I'd say you could pin that on the LeMans based road cars that started showing up in the 80's and 90's.

There are some less well known supercars that make the Veyron seem much less unique, and they're made by real manufacturers, not tuners. They also predate the Veyron.

(this is the one that beat Veyron in a 1 mile drag race, it's the less powerful one too)

And of course, Koenigsegg, Bugatti may have passed them (for highest top speed), but it wasn't like the gap was inconceivably huge.

If you're willing to look at concepts and prototypes, and why not, there are some examples even in GT like the Speed 12 and Cien. There are a few others out there that I wish were included too:

It can turn, it's just not a track car since it weighs 4000 lbs. It has lateral grip in the range of most supercars and is pretty stable and forgiving. You need to remember that GT5's physics aren't the greatest.

That merc c1000 was ugly and more racer than road, same with the twin turbo s7 (first veyron maybe but veyron ss holds the titles for stock spec car atm) s7 tt should be on gt6 too but. A 1000hp GTR R34 just beat it over a 1/4 mile which was around 8.5 secs I believe then veyron over took it
Even that Chrysler me four-twelve (4 turbo v12) never went mass which is also why I think euro does super cars better. It had the same unit as the zonda (minus turbos) and look how they did.
Concepts could always be fastest but the title is owned by a road car not a one off show car. Speed 12 was to show Tvr fans thrill but didn't sell mass either, light body, huge engine at the front with rear wheel drive. A muscle car so no wonder it's good at drags lol

I would like to see it in GT6. Why? It's the fastest production car in the world, why not? HOWEVER, I would like to be able to tune some cars to it's level, you know? So that it isn't such a dominating car. I've seen plenty of skylines and other cars that can be tuned to beat the Veyron, I only want a handful, lol.

Yes, definitely. The Bugatti Veyron is one of the most iconic cars ever created. It's an example of an engineering marvel. It's an example of what kind of car you can make with the limits of technology today. Heck, is there any street-legal car in Earth that is/has the following? :

- a 16-cylinder engine in a W-configuration
- 4 turbochargers
- 10 radiators

Those reasons are enough to earn the Veyron a seat in the next GT games to come.

P.S. Make it Premium next time, and add the Veyron Supersport and EB110 in GT6, as Premium also :)

No, but there are ones that
1. Look better
2. Handle better
3. Aren't overrated
4. Sound better
My example would be the agera. (Correct me if I'm wrong) I believe this car is slightly slower, however handles much better and has angled rims to produce downforce without drag. Its one of these: ccxr edition, ccr, agera.

The same could be said for most of the cars in GT5. How does getting rid of every car we currently have, and then replacing all 1000 cars with one Agera sound?

When did I say that? I never said," take away 1000 cars then replace them with this car". That's just silly. Maybe like a couple slow lemons, but not 1000.

Implies. Your reasoning for why they should get rid of the Veyron could be used for just about any car in the game.

Yes, but I don't recall saying to replace it.
Because throughout this thread, you've been talking negatively about the Veyron, calling it a "high-luxury drag car," and saying that there are cars that "look better, handle better, sound better, and aren't overrated." I think that's more than enough to assume that you don't want the Veyron in the game. Furthermore...:

Look, I only have tried to speak the truth.
Does that say that I have wanted replace it?

Oh?

Opinion ≠ Fact

Possible fact, though I've, and possibly not you have ever driven both before.

Opinion ≠ Fact

Implies.

Its like saying that your dog or any pet is always doing something its not supposed to be doing. Doesn't mean you want to replace it.
