Right after the GTP thong, you mean.

These showed up yesterday and work so perfectly that I've already ordered 2 more.

I bought mine years ago and they're obviously (hopefully?) an earlier revision, but keep an eye out for dropped connections just in case.

here we go

I bought some dental flo- I mean bluetooth headphones:

Seriously though, they're probably one of the best bluetooth headphones I've used just because of their sheer convenience. Luckily they fit my ears perfectly, no wiggle whatsoever. Sound quality is pretty acceptable for me (and I have some B&W P5s, Senn HD25-IIs with a fancy cable, and a AT M50x in my regular rotation). They're definitely better sounding than the standard wired ones. The lack of isolation is actually a plus for me since I need to have some situational awareness when listening to music/podcasts.

Picked up a set of Bushwacker Fender Flares off Amazon. They were $100 off with Prime Days and the cheapest I've seen them. I'll eventually be getting larger tires and this will allow me to still be legal here in Utah where laws regarding tire coverings are pretty strict.

Oh and mine will be black, not red.

The GMC uses sealed beams right?

Nope. H4 bulbs. Sealed beams are only legal for high beams here.

The H7 led bulbs do have great reviews, but that means losing High beam all together or add another set of lights, which means modifying the front. And at 120 eurooooos a set, they're expensive bulbs.

Those look excellent. I bet they set you back a pretty penny.

Yes and no. Yes in the sense that they were 40 euros per tyre. No in the sense that these are 26c, and they are only 5 euros a piece more expensive than a 23c GP 4000S II.

One thing I have learned after having shredded a cheap set of tyres after only 500km of hard riding, is that you should never go cheap on tyres.

These corner brilliantly by the way, and the ride is indeed smoother than a 23c.

Yeah, funny that Specialized only make odd sized tyres (26c, 24c).

I looked at a pair of GP4II recently but they were €56 a peice here. I went with the cheap option (ThickSlick) and have noticed a lack in grip but they've done ~1000km since last month and are pretty solid and haven't worn at all.

I'm (hopefully) getting a new bike in a few months so I didn't want to splash on top tyres when the bikes I'm looking at all have quality rubber from the supplier.

Since we had 2 break-ins in the street behind our house in the last 2 months, I decided that it was time for a false sense of security.

An IP camera with night vision. And it was a cheap one. Does get some good reviews, but for €24,- I will not expect too much out of it. Need to see how it performs when it's behind glass, and if that isn't too great I'll give it a weatherproof box and hang it outside.
