If you can't return them, perhaps a good ol' shoey would be the order of the day?
(Translates to "[a] view to something spectacular".)
Tickets to a Bridge-walk, good thing I’m not afraid of heights.
Secondly and what I’m most excited about;
In case the picture doesn’t make sense, an A2 license (European spec for "middle sized motorcycle up to 35 kW"). I’m starting on it on June 4th. Hopefully once I get a bike I’ll be able to look somewhat as cool as @Carlos.
And no, that’s not a picture of my license, since I only have AM and B license currently, plus I’m not that old yet.
More grown up things...
Too much house and garden stuff that I can’t be bothered to find pictures or even remember what it all was. Lots of trees. I remember buying lots of trees.
I haven’t been buying trees but certainly a lot of house stuff. It’s a painful process as someone who wants to buy records and HiFi stuff. Seeing those £££’s disappear into couches and dining tables etc.

You wasted your money. There was nothing B4 me.B4 & TB
You said it wasn't worth getting a new car no more than 2 weeks ago.
Thanks! It's a Zetec Climate which is one of the higher level specs you can get with the 1.25 engine. It's got about all the options you could fit to it, as well. 16" wheels, electric folding mirrors, auto lights, auto wipers, stereo with aux input and CD player, leather wrapped wheel, heated windscreen, tinted rear windows, air conditioning, and plenty else which I'm sure a Ford salesman from 2007 would be able to bore you with. Needless to say I'm somewhat amazed at how feature-rich it is for a cheap secondhand car. I definitely agree about the facelift; the round lights just look right and the taillamps look a lot more modern to my eye.Nice spec @Beeblebrox237. I've always had a soft spot for that generation. The facelift really improved the looks IMO.
I have no recollection of that, but I was quite drunk. To be honest, I think I'd talked myself into that position, since it was actually my father who prompted my search for a car. Given that I should be finishing uni shortly and will need a car to move/go to job interviews/commute (if said interviews turn out well), etc. he decided to give me some money for a car. I must admit I was surprised, my dad is usually very difficult to convince to fund my purchase of anything, so when he told me I should start looking for a car a week after I asked him "is it worth me getting a car at some point?" I was taken by surprise. He told me in a really casual way, too, so I think he'd assumed I'd already been looking, which wasn't the case.You said it wasn't worth getting a new car no more than 2 weeks ago.
I'll do my best!@Beeblebrox237 please keep this one the right way up, mmmkay?
That's handy to know, thanks for the tip!The useful thing (if it's you) or really frustrating thing (if it's some thieving scumbag) about these is that all the bodywork forward of the cabin unbolts. You can remove the bumper, headlights, radiator, wings and bonnet in about 45 minutes with nothing more than a few spanners and screwdrivers, so if you prang it, replacing panels is straightforward.
