So since I'm a sucker for Shania Twain and have a history of buying a large number of her albums, it's probably not a surprise I bought The Woman In Me [Super Deluxe Diamond Edition]. :P I have known about it since before release I think, but I put off on buying it for a while, until recently anyhow. It arrived in the mail today just as I thought it would! :D

It's a smaller packaging than I thought, but it's nice and I'm glad to finally have it. Apart from do a quick play to make sure it works, I haven't listened to them yet, but I will sometime soon. Hearing a remastered version of "Any Man of Mine", an all time favorite for me, is going to be neat and the Shania Vocal Mix should give it new meaning. Should be interesting! :dopey:

More comics. Betty and Veronica are up to January 1970 cover date. Doom Patrol and Hawkman are from the early/mid ‘60s.

Apparently sitting around for a week when you were supposed to be at a conference on Maui has made my wife feel the need to get out of town.

So she just booked a long weekend in March with a 2 bedroom villa in Wisconsin Dells. Not quite the same as Maui but it'll have to do.

The outdoor waterparks are closed (obviously!) but we will get to do the Hurricane again. :D

Hopefully my wife doesn't drop another f-bomb in there again...

A custom keyboard arrived today. The keycaps are placeholders until others arrive.

I haven't bought a keyboard in a while. I think I'm overdue something nice.

That reminds me of the KBC Poker and I like it — what switches does it use/did you go for?

Oh, right, my thing:

Looked through their catalog, and apart from Top Gear UK, there's so much stuff I can watch. Why haven't I subbed to this sooner? :odd:

Wanted a mech keyboard for my work computer, saw this for crazy cheap ($70 for Cherry MX Browns, keyboards with these switches are usually twice as much). Seems to be a fairly new brand, think this is promo pricing.

Roccat Kone Pure Ultra to accompany the keyboard. Was also half-price, would've preferred the black version but I can't complain for the price.

Nope. Hard tails typically ride better with a... hard tail. The only real need for full suspension is on downhill bikes.

Ah. Only reason I ask is because I've seen trail bikes with rear shocks or centre frame shocks and always assumed they were under one big "mountain bike" umbrella.

(I recently [two minutes ago] found out about trail bikes)

Not a joke but that seems to be an XS.

Maybe it is not the actual pullover but a random picture?

Nice stuff though.
It's a stock photo from the website that I took a screenshot of. I ordered a large as I'm quite the tweener of medium and large, and it will probably shrink some over time.

And thanks :)

Looks great! Would the bike benefit from a rear shock too?

I've been advised to chose this one as i don't have to much experience. They said it's well suited for the tracks i'll be biking on. And it's also a good compromise between price, quallity and availabillity over here. Guess i can start with this one and find out what i need/like as i go on.

Tactile? Clicky? Both? Neither?

Tactile. After using MX Blues for years, I will never buy another set of clicky switches. Clicky switches generally feel great, but the sound has become too grating for me to stand.

Interesting. I love clicky switches (noise and all), despite my daily driver having MX Brown.

Sometimes I turn the lights off and on in my room before bed - just to hear the light switch click.

Love the sound of a nice flick right on the edge. The sound is so... crisp.
