I think those are the rush surcharges. You probably need to provide proof of travel as well.

Why would you be mad at them? It's not their fault new years fell on a Friday. When you order things this time of year you have to be prepared for a longer delivery time, especially when the holiday's align like they did this year.

No, silly. It's quite obviously a copy, but it is oil on canvas like the original. Just a hell of a lot cheaper at $59.

Well, I didn't want to set myself up for a grillin' if I had just said, "I take its a print/fake/whatever". You could have started all sorts! For all I know, you could easily have been a multi-billionaire.
