What's on the 2nd disc? I started with the anime, but this is also fun to watch. You also might like Wangan Midnight Express.

Cast Interviews, making of videos, TV trailers and some FUEL stuff. The usual bonus DVD extras really.
Im not really into anime but i'll have a look at Wangan Midnight Express anyway thanks.👍

PRO776_878_asics-gel-fortitude-3-mens-2008-6.jpg

Got these Fortitude 3s over the weekend at the specialty running shoe store. It was asics weekend so I got 20% off. They're the only store in my area that has an Asics gold account, so only they can get these shoes. Can't get them online, and especially not in a 16 4E. The fortitudes are built for huge people with normal foot mechanics (not flat feet or fallen arches or whatever), so they feel fantastic. It's like I'm on a cloud. And the toebox is bigger so no more ingrown toenails that the Nimbuses were giving me. I think I'm too heavy to wear their Nimbus shoe. I was probably bottoming out that gel-cradled heel. These new Fortitudes have more of a cush feeling than a spongy clod.

I also got a look at the Gold catalog and saw the new Fortitude 4s due out this June. They look so much better. It's really about time they updated the aesthetics of the upper because the first three are a little goofy looking. I'll be getting a pair of those the next time the store has a sale. They also had the brand new Nimbuses that aren't even available or listed anywhere else. They looked neat but after skipping the Fortitude 2s for a Nimbus 10 and now wearing these 3s again, I don't think I'll go back.

Asics are the bomb. I've worn mine every day to work for at least the last 2 years, and if I washed them they'd look like new again, not a single stray strand of thread on them. And awesome for people like me with dodgy knees. I have the GEL-3010.

Yeah, I converted my dad to Asics, and that's even with the wrong kind of shoe for his foot. He got Kayanos and loves them. I'm a total Asics geek, and it all started here on GTP with vat man giving me the recommendation. That was 10 generations of Nimbuses ago.

Why the hell are calculators so damn expensive anyway? You're looking at like, netbook pricing right there!

I have a TI-83 emulator on my PC...:D

TI-89 is world's better, and I got mine for $150 back in high school. Well, it was required for high school but still...

And to get there, airplane tickets from

from Porto to the Euro Airport Basel-mullhouse-freiburg. Although being a low-cost company, the prices are still quite high. .

And to spend the nights, bookings at Basel's city youth hostel

This shall be an awesome summer on dancing purposes, as the trip is just a few days after my dance school's annual show :D

^I was actually considering a rubbish desktop or a Netbook over it; but the school forces it. Unfortunately.

EDIT; Woops, didn't see that post above due to having the window open from ages ago.

$60 USD on that site. Everything costs more in Europe, it's crazy.

Yeah tell me about it.
I love the "exchange rates"
An iPod classic cost me 249€
How much is it on their website?
249$

€ = $ ????????

20mm adapters for the rear from wagen-wheels.com
10mm adapters for the front from ecstuning.com

4) 205/40-17 Fuzion Zri's to go on my Borbet Type R 17x8 wheels

and replacing the worn out Modified Ground Control coilovers with a set of Raceland coils.

All of this is for mine/girlfriends mk4 jetta 1.8t:indiff::indiff:

So I have had a Driving Force GT wheel since '08, when we all thought it would be a great time for us to invest in preparation for the big release (no pun intended). At the time, I was looking at getting a G25 but my wife would not let me dump another 3 bills for a wheel so we got the cheaper one.

Well yesterday, one of the guys I work with dropped a few bucks into a slot machine on his lunch break. He hit a progressive Straight Flush for a decent payoff. When he returned from lunch he threw some money on my desk and told me to go get the wheel. I protested (of course) and told him he was crazy and didn't need to do this. He wouldn't take no for an answer so I picked it up last night. Of all the Best Buy locations in Las Vegas, there were two available, and I got one. 💡

I still can't get the clutch to work with GT5P, but it worked fine with my 1hr trial of rFactor. I will play around with that more tonight when I get home. The feel of the pedals (IMHO) are enough to justify the purchase. The wheel is very smooth and quiet. (which my wife loves) I am very very happy with the purchase.

Now all I have to do is build a rig to put it in and I am set.

Since the cellphone I gave to my girlfriend didn't come with a USB cable I went to dealextreme.com to buy a bluetooth adapter. While I was at it I also bought a Matroshka doll and a LED shot cup for her. That was a month ago but they only got here now.

OnStage Micro? I've got one of those, love it 👍 Word of warning though, unless you want to keep batteries in it constantly, sticky-tape down the cover on the bottom or it will fall off constantly.

I believe this shot is a requirement when you buy a new camera, correct?

His isn't that much better.

Right?

Hello?

Anyone?

And nice Wolverine. 👍

I wouldn't worry about it, TB. Its what and how you take it, not what with. I'm sure you'll love the DSLR, and I look forward to seeing stuff from you in the photography section. 👍

Someone in my uni class uses a Nikon D3, and I can honestly say that I prefer the stuff I shoot with my bottom end D60.

And then on top of that, when I (very) occasionally win the automotive comps, some of the gear other contestants shoot with is far superior. Like Syntax Error for e.g. :D
