$18k? That's what my friend paid for his in the summer of 2008.
I do agree about the clutch though. Even after we put in a new one, same thing. Strangely the engagement never went down as the clutch wore out.
Idk how people are getting them for so cheap nowadays. I guess I'm an awful negotiator.... I did get $2K more for my car than I expected to get, though

Bought those so I can wear my long school pants and not look like an idiot. (I couldnt wear them with volleys because it looks terrible). So now I have to wear those shoes 4 days a week and make a click click noise where ever I walk :D

Dumb time to buy that when the next one comes out in June...

I really had no choice...=/ i needed a new phone for tethering over the summer as my apartment doesnt have internet during my summer school course. At least i'll be able to run OS 4.0. And if the new iphone is coming out in a month or so...i'll probably be selling the 3gs by the end of year or so and just renew my contract again and get the new one

I went on a bit of a shopping spree at Think Geek.

Astronaut Ice Cream - Neapolitan Flavor

Let me know what the Astronaut Ice Cream is like, it looks pretty nasty :yuck:
I already ate it last night. It tastes like...ice cream without the liquid. I used to get it every time we went to the science museum when I was a kid, so I knew I would like it in advance.

Waaawwwwww, freeze dried ice cream! That stuff is amazing! I'm thinking about buying some from Amazon, their 10 pack works out to $2.40 cents per pack, and you can get free shipping if you get another one to make it over $25.

I'm intrigued but not sure I'd get some over old skool ice cream. Haven't had Neapolitan for years though, may rectify that this weekend :)

Was going to get some new shoes too. I went into the shop for a pair of shoes and came out with a Job Application form, and no shoes. :boggled:

I did see a pair of these, and the price put me off (£60. Bit rich considering the pair I am wearing now cost me £75, and that was 3 years ago when we had a stronger currency and also inflation added since). I will go back and get a pair eventually, i'm really picky when it comes to footwear, not often I find a pair I like that looks and feels durable. My last new pair ripped within 6 months and let water seep in when it snowed in the winter... :/

ACS Claw Freewheel
£11.99

I busted my current Freewheel trying to service/make it louder. Ended up dropping a good number of ball bearings out of it, never to be seen again. Oh well the ACS should be better than the Dicta Freewheel it's replacing.

Also I've decided to go for an Orange Front / Black Rear Rim setup so those shall be purchased soon.

Seems like it’s buy bits for your bike week, I’ve mostly been getting rubbered up ;)

Maxxis Advantage 2.25 on the front

Maxxis Crossmark 2.1 on the back

2 X new inner tubes

Off to the trail centre at Coed Llandegla soon so needed to change the poxy tyres that came with my bike.

That reminds me, I need to replace my front wheel. It's buckled you see. Keeps wobbling about and catching on the brakes.

Also, it has a slow puncture.

If you look over at the color of my username and the little bar that says "Premium", you can see my latest purchase!!!👍👍:sly:👍

Came home to this:
xbox360.jpg

Two controllers, three games, the pro console, all for just 200 dollars second hand.

My dad got it without me knowing at all until I got home. I probably wont play it much because I love my PS3 but I should get around to some Halo at some stage tonight

Sometimes I hate that this is a predominantly PS forum. Get live for the 360 and it deserves at least 50% of your gaming attention :D halo's tough in the same way MW2 is, you need to learn the game and style of combat to be effective at it, I've been playing for 2 and a half years.Having 1050EXP and highest skill 40 (out of a possible 50) and I still only win about half my games

I way prefer my PS3. The controller isnt so stiff and I am used to the monitor in my room that I play it on, not the LCD in the lounge room. I am not sure why, but the 360 almost feels a generation behind the PS3.

I never really got into Live... Every time I play anything online at a friends house I run into the dumbest people. Rarely I have found someone worth talking too.. I find the PC community to be better.
