I just spent $900.00 to have a huge maple tree removed from my yard. I have been dealing with this thing for over 8 years. Constant tree sap falling on our cars, tree branches falling on our cars, maple tree seeds landing in everything in my yard, birds crapping on our cars, mold and black dust, and then the leaves in the fall. Just tired of it. Heather and I sat out for 3 hours and watched them cut this thing to the ground piece by piece.
This was the last piece they took. The bottom was about 4' in diameter. The part above this was 6' in diameter.

Helloo deadlifts. I haven't tried this brand before. Anyone have some other suggestions and/or experience with these?

Cliff makes great products, great taste and they are really good for you. The builders bars have twice the amount of protein in them as the regular cliff bars do.
Personally, if you are looking for a good protein after working out I would have gone with a drink. A lot of people assume automatically that a protein shake is going to taste like hell, but that's not the case anymore.
I used to drink this, Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey.

24 grams of protein and a lot of BCAAs. I got extreme milk chocolate and mixed it with 2% milk, I actually looked forward to the end of my workout because I viewed my post workout shake as a "treat".
Now I'm onto Optimum Nutrition Platinum Standard Whey.

30 grams of protein PER SCOOP and once again filled with BCAAs. It's usually risky going with a vanilla flavor, but I went with it anyway and I don't regret it at all.
If anyone needs help finding stuff, needs recommendations, or wants to know some good review sites and online shops to buy from feel free to ask me.

Tickets to see these guys at Wembley Stadium on the 10th of September:

Did you keep the wood for smoking meats? Maple is perfect for smoking meat.

Nope I let them take all that crap away. The tree was HUGE and I hated it. Here is a pic of the tree next to my house before it was removed. The stump is still in the ground so eventually I might have them grind that or I will just cut it into pieces myself.

Shame you didn't keep the wood. Flavors meat very nicely.

If you want to get rid of the stump, and don't want to waste another penny on it, use your unused BBQ charcoal and burn the stump down. It wont catch on fire, but the coals will slowly burn it down to nothing. Takes a long time, though. Dozens of BBQ's worth. Once, I did a lot of damage with a large supply of charcoal and a leaf blower.

However, stump grinders are awesome fun. But, rental can be costly.

I got wood!

The Intex Easy set...?

Ready for water in 10 minutes? Yeah, I'll agree with that part but it won't be ready for kids for 2 days! One to fill it up and another to warm it up. :ouch:

Regardless, this has the makings of a good summer! :)👍

The spigot for your water hose is the exact same as the water connections for your washing machine, including the hot water side.

Just saying.

And the water heater fits a hose, too. Problem being that while the washer/water heater is/are only about 10 feet away from the pool (if I could magically go through a wall), it would require the hose to go out the laundry room, down the hall, through a bedroom and out a window.

And you know nothing could possibly go wrong with hot water running out the laundry room, down the hall, through a bedroom and out a window with 2 kids running around.

Besides, this way it's an exercise in patience for them. ;)

Yeah, sounds like a recipe for disaster. I have a window in my laundry room, so I wasn't thinking about that.

Nice! My wife (and I) love hers. ;)

Just playing around with mine at the moment and I have to say I am loving it. It took a while to sync everything but now it's done I have to say that I'm enjoying it.

After playing 2, you'll find 1 to be incredibly boring and repetitive. Save your money.

Yeah, the first Assassin's Creed is pretty dull.

Anyway, here's the order I just placed on Amazon:
