It probably would have, but seeing as this is in the US at the Texas fair, extremely unlikely. Haven't seen a flag say something like that since a few years back when one said, "Bayerische Motoren Werke" w/ the logo on top.

Kind of wish I had jumped on that back then.

Some painting goodies for my models.

HTC-HD2-cell-phone-12.jpg

HTC HD2 + New contract with 3 (cap only) $49 cap ($450 Credit, 1.5gb data usage, free social website usage over 24 months)

Didn't want to follow the iPhone crowd so I got the HD2 from eBay, very pleased with it so far.

As the RX8 doesn't come with a spare of any sort, not even a space saver, and all it has is a can of foamy plugtheholeandhopeitgetsyouhome stuff, I decided to get myself a wheel and tyre that could be used a spare. So onto the Bay of E I go, and luckily enough found one within 7 miles and it only cost me 38quid. Result.

It does fit in the boot, and still leaves enough room for a couple of bags either side.

^ there goes the 50/50 weight distribution.

Does the RX8 come with a weight jack?
I'll get it filled with helium. It'll be fine :dopey:

It has a jack, which took me ages to find. I never knew there was a compartment there.

This is the 1981 Schwinn Predator I picked up for $150 the other day. In proper 4130 chromoly and all original except for the chain, this thing is an 80's survivor that was ridden for 2 years and then parked in a basement. I bought it for $150 ($14 less than you could pick one up for in 1981) and spent the weekend tearing it down completely and cleaning/reassembling it. All it really needed is to have all the bearing races cleaned and repacked with grease. It rides like it literally just came from the store new and is quite simply the best bike I've ever owned.

Only issue I'm having is that the seatpost is stuck in a laughably high position while I wait for penetrating oil to work it's magic.

Brown is broad tip, silver is fine point.

No. They're for plastic, you fool. :P

haha I know they are for plastic!!! I'm just asking if, for example, the silver one would permanently work over metal. The seem pretty nice for hot wheels detailing you know... (:

Picked up a second-hand one of these today. Of course, I'd prefer something newer but my budget (or rather, wife) won't permit it. Sold a couple of old games I no longer play so I can still afford to eat aswell this month.

Been searching the games stores and the internet for ages for a good deal. Here in Japan at least with the lead up to GT5's release, steering wheels are as rare as leprechaun pubes.

Now I've just got to convince 'she who must be obeyed' to let me get an HDMI input monitor so that I can play in the privacy of my study.

Oh, that kind of metal. I thought you meant die-casts or something....yeah, it should work on Hot Wheels.

Die cast? No, the marking will either be too dark or it just won't project very well unless it's one of the brighter colors.

Why the thumbs down, do you not like the PS3?

:dopey:

Thumbs down because I was supposed to be keeping my money piled up to pay off the large labor bill on my car, but I went ahead and got prepared for the release of GT5. Then realized it's all useless without a good TV, so I got that the day after the ps3:ouch:

Went to IKEA to pick up a new lamp and table for the TV.
The light is great, not too bright, not too dim, the table is also great. 👍
IKEA is awesome..
