I know how to read numbers in Mandarin (that's all I know actually )
And no, that's not how to tell the time on it. Crash explained it well a few posts up.

Not a purchase but a gift, still worth posting.

No, I think that the 5 lights on the top left are the minutes in increments of 10 (10 minutes, 20 min, 30 min, etc.) The bottom left are the minutes in increments of 1 (1 min, 2 min, 3 min, etc.) To actually tell the time, you have to add the left hand side up (ie. if the 20 min light is on and the 8 min light is on, then it sums up to 28 min). I think the right, as you said, are the hours.

Bingo.

Looks like I'm gonna have to keep a close eye on those type of hard drives. A hybrid of an HDD and an SSD sounds real good. I have read the reviews and it seems close to SSD speed.

Very nice purchases, buddy! 👍
You won't be disapointed with that flash, a friend of mine has it (I'm a Nikon guy) and we've tried it on a number of different stuff, works like a charm everytime.

As for the drive, is that thing a replacement for the one inside the PS3? I mean, you take one out and simply connect that one, as simple as that? Or is there more to it?

Yep. The thread that DiabolicalMask posted before has instructions on how to backup the old hard drive, remove old HDD, install new HDD, and how to apply the backup to the new HDD(These steps also work for SSD's too). It's a feature that Sony advertised on the release date of the PS3.

Never thought about getting a used wheel..not an awful idea

Be careful ordering online unless they have their own return policy etc.

I grabbed this off of my local Craigslist (20 minute drive to go get it) so I was able to visually inspect it before buying it, as well as getting a screaming deal. Both my previous DFPs were purchased off eBay; the second had FFB problems and so was cannibalized to repair my original which recently started having issues again so...

Went on a bit of a shopping spree in TK Maxx:

I don't actually have any space for this in my room without doing some serious furniture rearranging (my bedroom's an attic room so the majority of the walls are slanted), so it will just have to go out in the hall for now. Figured when I got my own place it would look good in a gaming room

Lowlife Thunderbolt belt, just looks bad ass! It's gonna destroy the bolsters on my car seat thought, those little buggers are sharp as hell.

And because everything should taste like bacon.

Also picked this up in HMV, I missed it when it was in the cinema,

Damn, I'm regretting not switching to the iPhone 4...:grumpy:

Trust me, nothing to regret. My bro is on his 3rd one. His I4 was showing the same symptoms and bugs (freezing, dropped calls, non responsive screen, inability to make calls or answer calls, antenna turning off after failed calls and staying off til reset) after 3 months that my 3g was showing after a year. Quality wise, the I4 is the weakest of all so far.

Paid $40. It's nearly brand new; still has a bit of flash on the wheel itself in fact.
But it's missing the sticker.

I know of 8 iPhone 4s (four in the family, four at work) and haven't seen any of these problems. Of course six of those people had 3gs too, and didn't have those issues either. The only issue I have seen is that my wife's cheek mutes the phone.

A couple of hours ago I bought a black plastic box with the letters -PS- and the number -3- on.

Also bought a game with the letters -GT- and number -5- on.

:P
