I hope you're kidding.

Nope, it was Original and at the time unlike anything I had over heard.

A epic blend of metal, Rock, Funk, Jazz, Classical...it has elements of so many different genres.

Completely Unique, and IMO they have never matched it, the White album was ok but lacked the sense of adventure and "Epic-ness"

Was gutted when there drummer died (what of btw?) :nervous:

It was easily their worst album, though maybe the last was worse as I haven't bothered with it. It was way too melodic, like they made it just to go mainstream and every time Shadows tried to sing, I cringed.
Sounding the 7th trumpet was too hard for me but city of evil, except maybe beast and the harlot, bat country, and I wanna say seize the day(though this one is more on the soft side), was just such a disappointment.

My latest purchase of anything interesting was my Razer Deathadder 3500DPI, Too bad it doesn't match my Razer Tarantula VooDoo Edition (I couldn't Refuse 50% off the regular price).

I thought at first that said “Dead Monkey”, which made me smile. Then I realized it just said “Dead Money”, which made me sad.

How is it? I was hearing good things when it fist hit but now that people have beaten it, I'm hearing mostly bad things.
Dead Money? Just about to fire up NV and see. Haven't played New Vegas in months... mind you, that's probably because I'd beaten the base game

 Sage.

*Points to Premium deal.* Got one year of it, and I may go for the lifetime (20 years) at another time. :D --- Randy

I personally prefer WD externals. Haven't had a problem with any of the ones i've used.
I do agree that I have more trust in Western Digital then I've had in Seagate the last couple years (7200.11, Expansion series, FreeAgent Xtreme... :grumpy:) and both my internal drives are Caviar Blacks.

But the GoFlex Desk also functions as a desk-mount for internal 3.5"s so I thought it could be useful, assuming the drive that fits on it doesn't die on me :indiff:

A nice set of 16inch BK550s for my '07 Focus:

Ordered today from Halfords, should be with me within a week or two.

Okay hopefully this will be my last spending for quite a while. I'm just spending way too much for an unemployed student!!! :dunce:

You got to take it cool mate. Eventhough recently I spent some money on what, 4 Hot Wheels cars and I thought it was already too much for this month... I'm expecting to spend a lot more during the Malaysian GP. I'm worried because I can't control my spending.

Not really a purchase but a update on my driving test, I passed 1st time even though I should have failed, Luck was on my side:)

Well done!
My prov license is in the post... Guess I'll be getting driving lessons soon then :D

All the "purists" rant on about AV7x selling out with city of evil, I fail to see how, if anything it was and still is unique.
They set a new bar, and its excellent.

My opinion of course.

So what did the drummer die off?

IMO their self titled was their best work, followed by Nightmare (Save me is one of the most amazing songs I have heard) and then City of Evil.

OK, yeah. Dead Money is kinda pants. Took me around 6-7 hours, and by the halfway point I was so bored that I wanted to finish the rest of it quickly, so I activated god mode for the last half.

Didn't make much sense either, to be honest... about the only thing that Dead Money has in common with vanilla New Vegas is that it involves a casino.

I'm not a purist by any means, the CD just turned me off the band completely.

Wiki says he died from a a bunch of drugs and what not, "acute polydrug intoxication due to combined effects of Oxycodone, Oxymorphone, Diazepam/Nordiazepam and ethanol"

Haha... well yeah, I think I need to cut back on my spending after that one. Don't worry though, I still have a bit of money left in my spare wallet and my bank account. ;) But I don't think I'm going for the Malaysian GP this year (unless I get a free ticket lol). Actually I haven't been to the Malaysian GP for quite a few years now, ever since my father stopped working with EON. Back when he was working he would always get free grandstand tickets (or at that one time, a corporate suite!) but those days were long over... :indiff:

Besides that, I think watching at home can be just as fun (if not, more comfortable and convenient) as it is on the track. :)

Came today, got it from WeezoOnline. Waiting on my Ringmeister from EnthusiastApparel to arrive.

I'd own one of those...if I had anything Mugen.

Made some car-part purchases and orders today. What I got today was pretty lame, so no pictures. New OEM wiper blades for the Civic and a couple Honda keychains while I was there. Then to the Toyota Dealer (damn was it nice...shame they don't sell anything good) to see what they could do about getting me some MR2 parts. Obscure as they may be, their warehouses had the coolant overflow tank cap, dome light lens, and the front screamin' chicken emblem in stock. The emblem was $63, so I'm passing on that for a week or two.

I'll save the big purchase until it arrives and post a pic. :D

They don't even make anything functional for the Accord. The best I can get is a steering wheel and shift knob... in due time, but they're not exactly important pieces. I'm not about to go out and spend money on some useless reservoir socks and a $100 oil cap. I could get their header for my H22, but I'm wanting Bisimoto's F1-looking manifold. 18whp on a stock motor without a tune! Still a huge fan of Mugen though :sly:
