Has anyone out there bought Formula 1 replica helmets? And I'm not referring to those 1:2 scale helmets. No, I mean the real deal ones that you can even wear in competition (If you so dare). I was thinking about getting one for myself, but I noticed many buyers on the internet complained about there helmet being "fake". Apparently, some companies buy one helmet and then use molds of that helmet to produce more. The end product looks quite similar to the real ones, but if you fell off your bike and onto your head with one on, you'd certainly die due to the fact that the molds are not safe in any way.

Anyway, as I asked before, has anyone bought one of these before?

If you are going to buy a helmet to use in competition you'll want to make sure it has the official 'FIA 8858' & 'Snell SA2010 Approved' decals on it. A fake helmet probably won't have them.

I purchased a 2001 Lolvo S60 today. though i was recommended against Thayer Automotive, every other car i looked at was junky. i looked at a green one today same year and the service airbag light was going crazy. this one was perfect and checked out at a volvo dealer (they had the record, it was done last week) Thayer was in and out VERY quick. i was there less than 2 hours from getting there to leaving

It was 7995, they gave me 11 for my truck trade and i walked out after tax title lic, with 2227 in my pocket. Yay! now i can save gas money AND pay some bills!

If you haven't already, you should search for Ralfy on Youtube. He does a bunch of scotch whisky reviews (and a few other whiskys once in a while) and I think he does a fantastic job, with some of the later ones having a good amount of history/commentary.

I just subscribed to his channel and will likely be watching quite a few of his videos now.
