This isn't it, but it looks the same, my bloody phone won't upload again.

Opening this week, it's the wife's thing but I'll give you 2 guesses who fronted the capital.

Did your wife tell you already who's going to be the waiter and the chef?

I should really pick up RDR, since I'm a big fan of Rockstar's games and a load of my friends say it's brilliant.

It is really good. You should get it. But I think Wiegert got a little ripped off with that price. Could have bought the game of the year edition for less. Still a great game nonetheless.

FYI, I was looking at ordering some games from Amazon and having my mum forward them on to me last night. I'd been looking at RDR.

Anyway, bought myself a little (and I mean little) thing today.

Got a new toggle switch tip for my Les Paul. Always thought the amber ones looked better and found some in Shinjuku. Damn near had a "new guitar day" too, as I was looking at some les pauls that were on sale.

Edit: Looks like I'll be picking up an iphone tomorrow, so I'll add some pictures of my guitar to the appropriate thread. It's not new, but it is a beauty.

Opened a sefcu business savings account yesterday and deposited $1 as required. I was planning on opening a checking account but the live chat support lady never told me of the required $100 deposit at startup. That was very annoying but at least I will have a savings account to keep finances separate.

I was also looking at briefcases yesterday at Staples. Only ones which I was interested into was the hard case types. Which all were SOLO cases and made of cheap foam(if there was any) with way too cheap clips at the top(clips are way too easy to move side by side). Problem is that I have a 17" laptop and it's slightly larger than most 17" laptops. 16.5"x11.5"x1"(WxLxH), which is large and would not fit the SOLO cases in the slightest. Anyone have good advice on a briefcase or do I need something more for my needs? I currently carry a power brick, 10ft power cable for the brick, 80GB ipod classic(nice to have my own tunes in the car) two external HDD's, Vantec universal storage adapter, 38-bit Whia screwdriver set, thermal paste tube, Ethernet cable, wireless mouse, power supply tester, and some papers(invoice sheets and a printout of different sales tax rates in NY state going by county). I'm basically pushing the limits of my Asus laptop bag(made by Targus) as I know a piece of velcro is slowly ripping the sewing out where the Ethernet cable, Vantec universal storage adapter, and the power supply tester is located. Everything else in the bag in fine but I don't like the idea of being stuck in a rain storm(after all I'm carrying a costly laptop around with me and a bunch of devices and tools).

One of the partners is a professional chef, the staff will be made up of local people as they need to speak Chinese.

I won't be getting involved. At all. It's her project and business, I'll just be dropping by from time to time for a free dinner.

Is this is Thailand or China?

Below is the answer.

I would presume its a Thai restaurant IN China!

@Shem - Nice one. Who owns the other 85%?

The head chef who already has two very successful businesses in this city and the wife's friends. That's about it.

My new karting visor. My old one was a clear visor with a tinted insert that got all scratched with mud and grit getting caught between the visor and insert.

I got this one for half price from a guy who had only used it for 2 race days, its like brand new.

as well as a little unusual present...

Just thought I'd do a little follow-up. After seeing it, I decided to buy myself one of these. So it came through the post a couple of days ago, and I've only just opened it up. So I thought, it can't be that bad, can it? I dipped the tiny spoon into the bottle, the other half had what was in the bowl of the spoon, and I licked the back of the spoon (we both probably had about 1ml)...... Bloody hell, after 10 minutes my tongue is still burning and my eyes are watering, and it's only after 20 minutes that it stops. It's not that it's extremely hot (it's manageable, just....), but it's just utterly relentless; it never stops burning for 15 minutes.

*the divide*

Never heard of it, but the cover has me intrigued. Any good?

Bought myself an Iphone 4s today. My new toy. Although I have to do a good impression of my (Canadian) friend Brian to get Siri to understand me.

Its well known that Siri can't understand Scots  YouTube is littered with videos asking it about Irn Bru!

I haven't watched it yet so I have no idea. For reasons unknown the film didn't make it into the theaters in my country so I had to order a physical copy. Some people said its hard to watch sometimes (in a good way) because its so brutal and rough.
Kinda like ''The road''.

Watch the trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iaLpieSNIfk

I'm pretty sure it's a straight to DVD movie. It wasn't in theaters in the US either. At least not to my knowledge.

I've been looking for a Tycoon style game for the 360 for some time(Computer doesn't do games), this one seems good and I liked the demo, plus it was only $20.

It's also the first game I've bought since Forza 4 came out in October.

Bought this model car:
