7 (only 6 shown, have to tell them i'm missing the end of the 908) 8x10's to make this shot real. I also bought the frames, but they rather suck and are falling apart :/
Basically I'm gonna frame 'em all and hang them up in a line to make a gigantic panorama essentially.

That's pretty cool. My printer (Epson 2880) can actually print on roll paper, so I can do huge panoramas (13" x as long as the roll), I should try something like that.

I went to LegoFest today at a local expo center and picked this up. Along with my Menorah, this will be about the extent of my holiday decor this year.

And some basic Chukka boots.

Just picked up a CM Storm Sonuz today and so far I have to say that I'm very impressed. It's absolutely massive and I believe it uses 53mm speakers. Definitely feels durable and has held up to all my games and music so far :D

Only thing I had to do was create a new preset with my on-board audio to reduce the bass.

Those headphones look like a mix of Dr. Dre Beats, and Sony XB500's.

Posting for the first time from this:

EDIT:
This thing runs so much quieter than the HP DV700 I had. It's all around amazing so far.

I also bought this:
Battlefield3-PC-tmp-Pack-Art-DE_340x500.jpg

It's in the middle of installing that and a bunch of Steam games that I'm redownloading and it's making the same sound my HP did at idle.

It's :censored:ing huge, too.

Plotter at work - 42" x 500'. :P

Haha, nice. My dad has a 36" plotter but he hasn't used it in years, it's probably boxed up in my parents' garage somewhere. (He's a movie/TV art director and was one of the first to switch to digital CAD stuff, so he had to have his own printer since everybody else was still drawing everything by hand.)

...But now I can't loopback, which is an important requirement for some internet games within the house, and dual-clienting for certain game content tests...

Plus this @#$%@$$@%@@ D-Link router of theirs is awful!

Plus speed consistency is pretty bad...

MP3 player? You looking to put it in your car or something?

I'll be making either a mini hi-fi system or a boombox. I have a good amount of speakers laying around the house scavenged from old cars that need to be either thrown away or put to a good use, and audio DIY is the best DIY! :)

Where did you get the parts from, and how are you going to power it? I might have a go at that myself.
