That's my worst nightmare right there!

Bees are really quite harmless so long as you don't upset them. They can even be picked up (or scooped up in the case of a swarm) with bare hands!

That is, unless you'll collapse on the floor in anaphylaxis at the slightest sting.

Yeah, no thanks.

Went on a 13 mile bike ride on Saturday. Stopped at the local Barne's & Noble as I'm almost finished reading Contact. I've seen Jurassic Park a million times it seams like, but never read the book.

So...

Yeah I know their not as bad as wasps, but I still freak out. I'm not bothered by snakes or spiders or even dogs, I was quite severely bitten when I was a child, but bees and wasps, no thank you.

Saddleback Leather Bi-fold Wallet Medium Chestnut - $56.21:

Just got it this afternoon. It's about 1.25" thick with 12 cards, 6 USD bills, a nickel, and a thin flash drive. It's a bit thicker than my old tri-fold wallet(which was a hand-me-down from my brother) but I still have one of the six card slots empty. It's like a bottom less pit compared to the old wallet. It has a really nice leather smell to it.

I knew of that problem when I was a kid. I had my dad's Bi-fold wallet years ago and I always put it in my front pocket just because it would be annoying to sit on.

I moved to a front pocket wallet. So nice not having to sit on one anymore.

I have made the switch also. I would not go back. I have one of these.

Making the switch has forced me to cut down on the stuff I keep on my person. There was no reason I needed to keep so many cards on me nearly all the time. Now I just keep my old bi-fold wallet in my car with the cards that are occasionally used. Then there is also the benefit of not sitting on a wallet all day. Having never given a front wallet a go before the above, I had no idea that not sitting on a wallet all day would be great.

We finally decided to replace all of our appliances to match the dishwasher we bought in February. Ice jams in the ice maker and the racks continuously fall out of the freezer, we've already repaired the oven twice (the control panel fell out when a clip broke; it's currently being held in with a skewer and duct tape ) and have a feeling it won't last a lot longer and if we're doing that we might as well add in the microwave so they all match. What we ended up with:

Kenmore Elite 51183:

Kenmore Elite 97513:

Kenmore Elite 86013:

They said it would be $10 extra to have it delivered on a Saturday. For the convenience of not having to take time off of work, that is well worth it. They then wanted $130 to install the microwave. I respectively declined. :D

Now I need to get a hold of Habitat for Humanity to pick up our old appliances as they still work and someone will undoubtedly get years of use out of them. 👍

I shall! ^

I have a couple more cars coming in from now till Christmas, theyre pretty cool!

-Ford MkIV
-Nissan skyline Group 5- From GT4!!!! 1000+ hp FTW!
-Nissan GTR GT500 (Gt stealth model)
-Mario Andrettis Stp Indy car.
-Maybe a Jag XJR-9 (Not to sure about this one, as the silk cut one is out of my price range @$496, but I can afford the castrol one)

I bought WipEout HD/Fury for my birthday this saturday. Played against Classic but haven't really dug into it yet. Might be getting me a PSP-3000 for...stuff :sly:

This thing arrived today. Like an hour ago. And it already froze once. (Which was actually my fault.)
Shift from desktops to laptops. This is my first! :D You can't excite a 16 year-old more than new gadgets!:dopey:

Edit: ^^^ I need to purchase Prometheus.

Having never given a front wallet a go before the above, I had no idea that not sitting on a wallet all day would be great.

I kind of was forced to switch. Started having leg/hip joint issues, which wouldn't you believe went away after the switch.

Traded in my R-D1 and 35/1.2 for something more modern. Going to get either the 18/2 or 35/1.4 for it in the next month or so (it came with a nice coupon for both lenses), but the high ISO performance on the XP1 is amazing! I got the camera + leather case + Fuji M mount adapter and a CV 20/3.5 for my Nikon in the deal.

Nice place. 👍

'...quite possibly...'? So you've recently bought something almost as big? ;)

Haha, well its definitely the largest then :P

Kicker is it has a two car garage in the front then another two car bay around back as well as enough paved parking spots to store another four to five cars... Not that I'll ever need it... :P But who knows.

Oh and there is a public beach across the street!
