Another X-E1 shooter, hope you will enjoy this camera as F1GTR and I do. Good job you got a spare battery, it doesn't last nearly as long as I'm used to in DSLRs. Shooting in older manual lenses has made this less of a problem though

Just to warn you they will be hideously expensive at the venue. Also the reviews say buy a size smaller than normal because they are in american sizes, don't, it will then be too small.

It's great, took it for a spin today (shameless plug but pics in photography thread) only took about 150 shots so didn't notice the battery or need the spare, but you never know. Any recommendations on lenses would be great.

@Beerz The retro look is why I chose silver over the all back version.

Thanks, It sounds beautiful! I'm hearing things I haven't heard on MFSL gold discs. $40 on Amazon, glad I bought this!!! I have a few 180g records, all sound more detailed and dynamic. Operation Mindcrime will be here next week
