Whoa, those are some big speakers you got.

[Crocodile Dundee]"That's not big. This is big..."[/Crocodile Dundee]

A good friend of mine built a pair of these 8' line source array towers with 18 custom woofers, 16 BG Neo's, and 8 ribbon tweeters designed by Danny Richie (the guy doing the wiring in the 2nd pic from the left) at GR Research. They are absolute monsters!

Nice entertainment centre.
I like how all the speakers on top of the entertainment center are at the same height of the towers, makes a perfect border around the EC. đź‘Ť

Holy hell! look at the size of those things! lol. what size woofers are those? the woofers for my computer system look almost identical (6.5") mind you there are only four :dopey:

Anywho, the speakers in the pic use 8" woofers and are bi-amped. They do the trick for sure, Thanks for the comments guys :)

It was time for an upgrade on the phone, so off to the ATT store:

The place was a zoo, I went there on friday and got a 2 year contract, not to mention all of the people in the store wanting to see/buy and iphone.

I also have this on order:

I'm sorry you have AT&T.

My cousin has an iPhone, she got it for free for her job. I haven't talked to her yet, but my Aunt says she has been having a lot of problems connecting with it (in Houston no less).

I just switched from NEXTEL to Sprint a few months back, and I have to say that I love it. I considered Cingular/AT&T, but after using some of their services, I ditched that idea pretty quick. I keep hearing that their network is really slow, and is really choppy depending on where you're at. Personally, the only upside to AT&T at the time was the incoming iPhone (not for that price though) and the fact that they would work in Europe (GSM), but I'm not worried about it.

Yeah, in my neck o0f the woods, Verizon is the only network to offer decent service. All of my friends with other networks are always looking for signal.

Wow. The parent's had a couple hundred DVDs at one stage, but that's diminished by half due to us not watching any of them...

But that's a pretty crazy collection!

Here is what I spend most of my money on...remodeling that is. I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. All I have to finish is staining and installing the doors, Hardwood and carpet and the little details. Then comes that PS3 that I've been holding out for.

 I do have a liberal wallet especially for electronic gadgets. :)

But I also appreciate less technological things... like these delicious treats I picked up last week:

Good for big pot shots...

What a coincidence. My uncle got those for me for my birthday. They're okay... a bit too muddy. I hate the noise-canceling though. It's only good for airplanes and filtering out wind-noise. If you have a cell-phone in your pocket, forget about noise-canceling. The cellular signals buzz loud like crazy.

Sennheiser just came out with these:

Which made the new 510s feel a little crunchy. Still, I'm keeping the JBLs for travel and class.

I spent some cash on Transfomers toys yesterday. I bought Barricade (the Saleen Mustang), Jazz (the Pontiac Solsice) and Bumblebee (the '77 Z/28).

I didn't feel like spending the extra money for Ratchet (Hummer H2) or Ironhide (GMC Topkick), but when the time comes, they'll be here. Eventually...

(Photos some other time. I'm tired.)

Sure, why not? Give me just a moment here...

(The Bumblebee photo didn't turn out at all)

I've been considering the Optimus Prime purchase, but if I recall correctly, the price was $40. Thats a bit of a stretch for me... Even Ironhide and Ratchet were $20 each.

Two of my brother's friends are on a waiting list for a special edition '09 Camaro Bumblebee. Price? $100.

I'm happy with my $10 toys as of now. I'll probably buy Ironhide and Ratchet sometime soon...
