Nah mate, in winter we ride to work on our kangaroos.

A few more NATO straps arrived in the post earlier this week:

Unlike the previous two I purchased, these are all 'Premium" NATO straps, in that instead of glue holding the straps together, the straps are stitched together.

And a new wallet arrived today:

I had already been using a fairly minimalist wallet for some time, but this thing is going to take some more adjusting.

Flush mount D-rings for the back of an ATV trailer.
Always a pain trying to anchor something down at the very back of the trailer where the ramp is.

@Mike Rotch: I ordered one from Steidl when they first came out, it arrived slightly damaged so they sent me another one (and a cool tote bag) and told me to keep the first one. So now I have two first editions, one is a viewing copy and the other is still shrink wrapped and hidden away. The photobook world is a crazy place...

Speaking of Trent Parke, I actually ordered this yesterday as well:

Nice - the one I picked up is a second. I had a page turn of TBR in store, not quite sure it grabs me as much....yet.

I see copies of Dream/ Life are over $1k on amazon . Maybe you can retire on your wrapped 1st ed one day ;).

I'm actually more curious about what the heck happened to the big wallet that it needs 8 weeks for repair.

I didn't even know you could repair a wallet*.:odd:

*Unless you count adding money to it "repairing" it, in that case my wallet is in constant need of being repaired.

They send the wallet to Paris to be repaired which costs me £100 (depends on the damage)

It's already 6-7 years old . Took this pic before I send it to the store in London

Maybe a small wallet is a good idea, as you no longer have any money to put in it.

It was this or the card holder which is a bit cheaper around £115 or £140 but I need to put coins

It's ok I still have money to spend on other stuff.
