Got a really nice staff discount one some new cans (Sony MDR-1000X). They're not coming in till next week or so but it'll be worth the wait.

As much as I'd recommend a good pair of Sony headphones, I cannot get along with wireless headphones. I scoff at the idea every single time I see a pair. @dice1998 has a pair of wireless cans that he uses and it irks me to no end. :lol:

A radio signal relaying audio information? That's a gross oversimplification but no thanks.

Ah man, I always end up with a bunch of these every Christmas, and need someone to give them away to. Not that I have any qualms with them, I actually quite like 'em, but found another product I just prefer. Now I know! :p

I've used just about everything but I just click with Dove. :p

I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that I used (stole) the Dove soaps my family used. Nothing at all.

That's just cruel. Then again, the US store never would ship to Canada, and we're actually attached! The Canadian stores only opened in September 2016, but I swear a third of my wardrobe is already Uniqlo. The website still doesn't have online shopping enabled, but the Toronto flagship is a short walk away, so there's no excuse for me.

I paid for the upgrade on my parents' internet and the difference on their monthly bill. We had 10 down and 1 up before so I'm really hoping this improves mine and my friends' experience when racing online.
 
Beyerdynamic DT-990 250 ohm headphones. Wasn't happy with my Sennheiser HD 558, they started to fail after only 6 months for no reason at all, certain frequencies would result in weird noises in the left speaker. Something must have gotten loose in there.

Amazon service was very nice and returned me my money no questions asked.

Lets see how good these are:

Officially mine today but will only get it this Saturday or Monday since I need to go to Land transport to get it register and pick a number plate for it.

Which gearbox did you choose, PDK or manual? Any other options worth mentioning?

He has a 997 as far as I know.
 
Brand new, never used can of Brakleen. For free. I bought a can but the employee dropped it after he scanned it and the spray nozzle broke, so he swapped it for another one. He had to charge for it so it would go in the system, but he paid for it himself so I wouldn't be charged for two cans when I only got one. 👍

So a late-night google search led me to discover the geeky-coolness that 1/2-scale F1 helmets are, and I decided to bid on one @ eBay thinking "there's no way this will stay at this price"

Well somehow it did, new decoration ftw.

Christ! That's still the equivalent of £70k for a spec of 718 that would be around £50k here in the UK.

Nope it's actually £62,539 in the UK. I just use the UK configurator to check this
