It’s made by a company called evercade,they have a handheld unit as well,all old school computer and arcade games that come on little cartridges in a case with a booklet explaining the origins and controls of each game,alot of stuff from early 80s ,90s ,only around 20 euro a cartridge, they ship mainly online across the world

This will be my last AM4 upgrade most probably. I'll resell my Ryzen 5 5600X to recoup roughly half of the price so it seemed like a good deal. I will be able to keep my Power supply and my Be Quiet! Shadowrock 3 cooler should be more than enough so it should be nice and simple. I've got my eyes on an Asus Dual 4070 Super in the next month or two to replace my Asus Dual 4060.

Probably not 😄 As far as I've read for the most part there's a notable increase in gaming performance although some games will take advantage of the V Cache more than others. Some will like faster clock speed of the 5600X in rare circumstances. After quite a bit of reading for how much it cost me I think it was worth it. Like I said I'm trying to squeeze out as much performance now before I have to switch to AM5.
5800X3D would have been great but considering I have other upgrades to do I felt the 5700X3D was a decent compromise.

I recently had a conversation with a coworker about classic gaming systems. We got to talking about handhelds, the Switch came up, and I went off on a tangent about how the PSP was way ahead of its time, and it and the Vita paved the road for the Switch(Yes I know the Gameboy exists, I stand by my argument).
Anyway, turns out there are a ton of sellers on eBay with storefronts selling refurbished PSPs and PS Vitas for pretty decent value. So I ordered a second gen PS Vita(PCH-2000), installed a few lightweight games(still waiting for SD card and adapter for the big stuff), and it holds up surprisingly well for a 10 year old handheld.
I would have liked a PSP if only for the satisfying click of the UMD tray locking closed, but I decided two joysticks was enough to make the Vita worth it.
And finally, because it's hilarious, here's what the Vita's camera can do:

@Minty I lent my Vita 1000 to my partner's pregonate sister and even though that kid is now a year old I still haven't had it back, I have a Steam Deck now (the Vita fits between the Deck's joysticks, it's tiny, which is funny because I remember the talk about it being too big to be pocketable when it first launched) but I still miss the Vita. It was deeply flawed in many ways but there was magic in there somewhere. The proprietary memory cards were definitely not it, though.

Yeah, it's just a touch larger than my S24, which feels a little strange.
As far as proprietary storage goes though, the aftermarket support community has tools to get around it. Currently running a 32GB MicroSD card as my game storage. I'm just glad it's not the proprietary charger from the first gen, because no amount of aftermarket support would fix that.

Actually I got a third party cable for mine from Amazon, just as a backup in case my original one broke, it's also not impossible to mod them to use a different charge connector. I did also use a microSD adaptor because I was sick of juggling games on and off the 4GB card, I've got a 128GB card in there now which was a massive overestimation of the space I'd need, especially as I only fixed mine (replaced the totally dead battery) as a trial to see if I could game exclusively on a handheld during the run up to the Deck's launch so I always knew I was going to move on to something bigger or give up.
