I recently had a conversation with a coworker about classic gaming systems. We got to talking about handhelds, the Switch came up, and I went off on a tangent about how the PSP was way ahead of its time, and it and the Vita paved the road for the Switch(Yes I know the Gameboy exists, I stand by my argument).
Anyway, turns out there are a ton of sellers on eBay with storefronts selling refurbished PSPs and PS Vitas for pretty decent value. So I ordered a second gen PS Vita(PCH-2000), installed a few lightweight games(still waiting for SD card and adapter for the big stuff), and it holds up surprisingly well for a 10 year old handheld.

I would have liked a PSP if only for the satisfying click of the UMD tray locking closed, but I decided two joysticks was enough to make the Vita worth it.
