Shutting up Jay Leno

Hey guys,

Dunno if this has already been covered elsewhere but I couldn't find anything.

If Jay Leno telling you when to 'Start' and 'Finish' is doing your head in, all you need to do is the following:

Go into Sound settings and turn Menu SF off. It means you don't get any of the confirmation noises on the menus (obviously), but you also stop Jays annoying voice before and after each race!👍

I thought the addition of his voice was a good thing in my opinion. GT seemed to empty without voices. I'm glad Polyphony actually put someone to speak for the first time in GT (in the States of course, GT2 I think had someone)

Yeah, never mind he has a real life Gran Turismo Garage, and Collecting cars in this game is what he does in real life.

They Put the Voice of the Guy who has the biggest car collection in the States....

Hats off to Polyphony Digital....

Its able to be turned off, so enjoy the option.

Well, i think in the license tests the stuff should be cool, but the voice while racing would annoy me too.

The only other speaker was Vicki Butler Henderson in GT4.

Edit: For GT5 I would like either Vicki, Pierce Brosnan, or The Stig. Hardcore American and Australian accents give me a headache .

I am getting a little tired of it... but I don't mind it. The challenge descriptions like you said though, are cool!! Leave it to Jay to know this stuff too because he sure loves cars!
