Nah you can't use turbo to increase mileage because when you force more air into the engine you need more fuel. If anything you need more petrol to burn with the fuel. You can lean it slightly to save fuel but still I wouldn't advise it.

I see, If I want to increase milage I guess I should use air restrictor too .............

Don't get a turbo if you want to save fuel. Even with a restrictor. Speaking of restrictors when I get my bike I might consider removing it.
