Silvia's got slower?

This is frustrating. I tuned the hell out of my Silvia for top speed runs. Finally got it going 329mph. The next day I jump back on and now it's only doing 323mph. Same exact tune, same conditions, 0 wind and no drafting. I tried tuning a duplicate sheet for it but nothing helps. Oil is good, no assist, controller is fine. My other cars still run what they should. Does anyone know what it could be? Did polyphony nerf it?

Is there a way to set wind strength and direction?
Because it is the most reasonable explanation if this is happening without any update applied in between.

I figured it out. Had to put wide offset, wide width rims back on. My Silvia does 329 mph again. Almost 330. ZERO wind, no slipstream. Managed to get 352mph with slipstream.
