So my website's design is lacking, I think. I did it quickly myself with no html knowledge. Now I wanna upgrade to a flash based site. I have looked around and this little free flash thing called SimpleViewer caught my eye, but I cant figure out how to use it for the life of me!

If anyone knows how to use this please help me figure out how to get my photos to show up! is there a minimum size, or set size?! any responses are greatly appretiated!
