Edit: in my opinion, they should do away with "invisible mode" here on GTP, it would drastically cut down on the creeping in threads.

It's cool man, I've been on most of the night I feel really stable and smooth in my E86 (Z4) compared to my E92 :/ No idea why, lol. E92 is rather twitchy, might have to work on the set-up later on. Is anyone getting on tonight?

A lot actually.
If you are going to buy a 240sx or a lexus is350 then all you need is just a lsd and if you have money still leftover buy things like coilovers, engine upgrade (intake, exhaust, air filter, spark plugs or even a good oil change can do enough).
Then IF you still have money leftover you should invest in new wheels,tires,bodykits, bucket seats,a light steering wheel, shift knob) But also lightening like removing spare tires, carpets Ect.
in the drift world 11,000 is plenty

I put a request in for a '91 silvia S13 king version with the lsd through a jdm import company yesterday, he wasn't able to find one but he also told me he could get me any 240sx straight from japan between $6-$7k, i'm just concerned that I wont have enough money left over to build it properly

Don't worry about building it properly. Like what tsuchyia said all you need to drift is a LSD goes for about 700 dollars i think. For power, go for cheap and simple things. Really good synthetic oil can up your horsepower. Also preformance airfilters and air intakes can increase horsepower. Sparkplugs are probably the best thing to do first. Not only will it help combustion. Coilovers and suspension tuning should be balanced with power upgrades.

This is very "Gran Turismoey" advice.
Just get a 240 or something similar. Weld the diff. Buy a racing seat and harness. Buy a good helmet. Buy some coilovers. Buy plenty of extra wheels and tires. Use whatevers left for the inevitable repairs and cost of tires. If you want a bit of "JDM street cred" then get a cat-back exhaust and maybe a cold air intake. Do a light tune up, like fluids, spark plugs/wires, etc. Also fix whatever needs fixing and consider adding a rollcage.
www.driftworks.com and www.zilvia.net are great resources.

My uncle owns DSL tires, I don't think i'll ever have to pay for tires, cause I've never had to pay for tires
This isn't for sure happening, I just have too much extra cash right now that I'm tempted to spend on stupid things, If i'm going to waste my money I might as well waste it on something awesome.
