Small world in GT7 PS VR2?

Hello,
I just purchased PS VR2 for GT7 and am very disappointed because I see everything cca 1.5 times smaller than it should be. Small steering wheel, small car, small track… I feel like I am driving a toy car on kids playground rather than a real racing car.

Am I missing some setting that can change it or is this a "feature"?

At a random guess - Sounds like you did not push the glasses close to your eyes (via the top right button - after tightening the head strap, hold that button and slowly move the glasses toward your eyes until comfortable)

How tall are you I'm 5'8 and everything is correct scale for me. (172 cm)

I am 185 cm but it is not about it.
When I sit behind my steering wheel and put VR helmet on, I immedeately see ingame steering wheel is much smaller. My ingame hands are too small too. My car interior also does not look like I am sitting in a real sized car.

You all see these things as big as in real life?

Yes. It all looks right to me. You are taller so the scale will me off from what you expect.
