I'm taking a break. The stress in Div 1 is at an all time high. Why are so many of you driving like you're earning something? League racing is not fun if you're being slammed into.

I have made a mistake with the brake calibration and was not ready for it a few times last Sunday. I have adjusted that.

I don't see how any IR ever made a difference for me so I stopped submitting them, but I sure could just to make a point of a few to many times. Take note. DRIVE and RACE CLEAN, and in bounds!

That is the problem right there. If you don't submit them, the offending driver will never know where they need to improve.

I am no stranger to the IR system, both filing and being filed upon, and have seen numerous drivers improve after receiving an IR. So many come into the league thinking daily sport races are clean enough and that style of driving is good so long as the penalty flag doesn't pop up on screen. Boy are they surprised when you file on them and they either suck it up and correct their mistakes, or go back to sport mode. I think some of the best drivers in this league have been through the IR process.

Just to let you know I won’t be able to race for the rest of the September season due to going on a 12 day road trip to the american west.

So people will need to host and take care of scores and data for the next two sunday nights.

I’ll be back on October 6. You guys have fun while I’m away !

I would like a little more warning if someones want me to host. I rarely check the chat before an event. I saw nothing for D1 so a copied D2 and continued from there. We had 3 players. Most uneventful night ever!

Lol, I think I gave plenty of warning that I likely wouldn’t be there as we were celebrating our Anniversary, and Worst advised he was out for the rest of September a while back. This is what happens when people don’t check on here occasionally and nobody steps up!
Hopefully lesson learned!

I have had enough fun here to last a life time (LOL). However, it is REALLY time to venture else where. Gonna start my retirement soon (64). Best wished Snailers and fined some new blood so the league keeps going. And to give the aliens better comp.
