Herrimop and I spent the entire race no more than 4 seconds apart with the majority of the race being within 1~ second.

If anyone would have told me I would have probably my best race in endurance ever at one of my worse tracks I wouldve never believed u. Was the closet racing we had in the whole feild that I can remember

Here's the current drivers list for Season 5:

@MikeGrove
@Sean Renon
@Neutty
@BradESPN
@Herimopp89
@soundtiger95
@THRASH
@jerseyjoeaw
@TEX36

Can anyone else commit to participating in 75% of our races for next season? Tagging everyone who participated (but fell short of 75%) last season:

@MSgtGunny
@abm89
@MajorBlixem
@FREEREVN
@Jw_wk1010
@SAMHAIN85
@TheSlowOne
@ConnorWolf
@keepitsteady
@Grandpa Money
@SkidMarkQueen

If you'd like to be a full-time driver next season, but aren't in the top list above, please post to this thread before Monday morning - at that point, I'll finalize the divisions (promote/relegate as needed) and update name plates.

Looking for a spot for tonight here as well. Raced with you guys last week & had fu. Would like to try to become 1 of your steady drivers with this league

I've added you to the list of official drivers for next season - any preference on a car number?

@BradESPN
I would like to remain Full Time - unless I have been voted off the island.

@Neutty and myself battling for the lead. It was a 2 horse race the entire night and we were neck and neck for the majority of it. Very fun combo
Sam failed to mention that I accidentally spun him exiting the final chicane. We battled really hard for 20 or so laps though before that happened. We gave each other plenty of room and I completely trust running against and around @SAMHAIN85 on the track. I know he will give room when needed and pass in clean areas. I try my best to race like Sam every time I hit the track. @SAMHAIN85 is a model racer that we all should try to be like on the track!! I’m still learning each and every time I hit the track and where I get into people by accident I still try my best to be clean. In fact I’ve ran into Sam under braking so many times that I’m sure he cringes every time he sees me on his bumper. But the more I’m able to run on his bumper the more I’m going to learn on braking slightly earlier and take advantage of any mistake he may make. Beating Sam is an ultimate goal of mine while racing against him. He is what makes me a faster better driver, where im still way off pace, i feel better about my odds each and every Sunday night.

This read a little like erotic fan fiction.

@SAMHAIN85 you might have a stalker in the works...lol @Neutty seriosuly I was in complete awe how close the whole field was last night it was a shame me and Sean feel victim to the dreaded time limit

Congrats on your respective season victories @MikeGrove and @soundtiger95. Well done gentlemen.
Thank you @Nick Cannella
You are the best! :D

@BradESPN is there a prize for the season winner? At the start I thought there was an amazon card on the line or something like that.

-I am 90% sure I can run full time again next season. Endurance is soooo much fun.

Thanks again @BradESPN for having put in so much effort to make all this happen and helping make allof our special memories from this season possible.

A recent race - and a few practice sessions, have made me realize that there is a major change coming to Snail Racing.

The arrival of the Shifter, IMHO, is going to seriously effect the parity of Spec Racing that we enjoy. One thing has always been evident - Change and Progress are facts of life and they are Marching forward.

Sooo, the Have Nots have a decision to make - before we get left at the Starting Line ...... and in the dust at all the corners.
Amazon has a Logitech Shifter for the
G-29 at $50 or so. Guess I’ll start saving the pennies.

Unfortunately we only did the end of season prizes a couple seasons ago - I'm not sure when they'll come back, but... they'll come back.

Once we figure out a solid Team Points System you can win my prize that I won a couple seasons ago lol.

I have my eye on the Thrustmaster but it’s still 149.00. Does it make that much of a difference?

it does make that much of a difference sam and neutty were a good 1.5 to 2 seconds faster than me and at the start of the race it is clearly seen that sam and neutty just pull away from me on the straight none the less.

Me personally I have no space to mount one at this time

I'm protesting GT's implementation of the clutch. Until they figure out that it doesn't operate like an on-off switch, i will continue to proudly lose races.
