I hope doubt I can make it tonight. We had a storm roll through that knocked out power and a bunch of internet services. The OC12 connection at work and my connection at home are both down. So even if power is restored, internet may not be working. I'll let y'all know.

Eep! If there is someone else that wants to try to run things, just let me know, and send me a GMail account via PM. I'll get you access to the spreadsheet, though you can just wing it.

Mind you, you guys can just do something else other than parity racing if you want.

I sent a FR to Zorrin / DitQuois so that he can race tonight (or any Tuesday night for that matter). However, I doubt I can race tonight myself. :grumpy:

If anyone wants to take host in place of dabneyd tonight, please feel free to advertise what you have in mind (Parity or otherwise) in the S.N.A.I.L. thread. (but hopefully he'll be able to host and that won't be necessary).

EDIT: Zorrin / DitQuois accepted the FR so he should be all set. 👍

Although I got a FR from #3 and sent a FR to #2. Which one will it be?

Edit: nevermind just seen the message on PSN.

See you all later.

I'm good to go. See you guys in a half hour.

Hey Nic, what tracks?

So, only Zorrin, Esh, and I showed up. So, if anyone is interested, we'll run the same thing next week.

Sorry!I fell asleep from 4pm to midnight lol!

The tracks are in my post above...maybe we can change it a bit since motegi is available.

Oh, I see it now. I got home a little late last night and was scrambling to get everything together. Let me know what you want to do.

Sorry I missed the Impreza race, it looked fun. My brother stayed over later that expected and I was probably to tired to race anyway. 6.5 miles in the kayak Monday.

Won't be able to make Tuesday as I am moving this weekend and then need to buy a new TV. Will check back in once I have a telly!

Don't forget that this is going on for the last time for a while tomorrow night! Same theme as last week, Boxer Spirit!

    • Car Selection: AWD
    • Initial Performance Point Level: 450
    • Lower Performance Point Level: 435
    • Upper Performance Point Level: 465
    • Performance Point Increment: 5
    • Tire Selection: Sports Mediums
    • Track Selection: Rome / Reverse, Circuito de Madrid / Reverse, Grand Valley Speedway East / Reverse, Deep Forest Raceway Reverse, vote

At this performance point there should be lots of the usual STI and Lan Evo suspects. There will also be some R34s and R33s, and a couple of Audi's.

I don't think anyone's heart would be broken if you switched it to 86GT/BR-Z/FR-S @ 450PP for tonight like you suggested in the other thread.

Well, we will see who shows up.

If we switch to the 86-ilk, no adjustable aero (no rear spoiler).

New guy to the group, possibly interested in joining tonight... Quick question...

Is this tuning prohibited other than power limiter or is it anything goes as long as you meet the specified PP settings for the event?

Tuning is strictly prohibited - the brake balance.

Ok, thanks... I'd rather see the AWD format in that case, but that's just me.

Getting my brother introduced to S.N.A.I.L. tonight, thought the parity series would be a good way to do it.

Which option you going with Vol, he's only Level 18 and doesn't have too many cars, already sent him off to get an AWD 450 PP car :nervous:

If it's 450pp 86 then it's probably not tuning prohibited.
I'll try to join once I'm done with another championship...might miss a few races.

If we go with the 86-ilk, it will not be tuning prohibited. If you have a rear spoiler though, you will have to go take it off. I don't want people using it to sandbag. Also, the seasonal event was for 450 PP, but in this case, I think we'll start at 440, and make 455 the upper limit and 425 the lower limit.

If we did the AWD, like I had originally thought, then it would be tuning prohibited, only adjusting the engine limiter. But... as much as I liked that idea, because I like the 22B and the older GT-Rs, and the rest of the STIs (having owned a '97 Impreza OS wagon, I'm kind of partial), I think I like the 86-ilk idea better.

So... if the only one that isn't prepared for that idea is your brother, Cheeb, if he wants to send me a FR, I'll gift him a car. And yes, he should have a ticket for both the Toyota and the Scion already (I think those were the free two and the Subaru was pay). So I would only really be gifting him one with parts to get it up to 450. And I only did weight reduction 1, bolt on intake/exhaust, and the height-adjustable suspension (just so it is a little stiffer, I am not even trying to tune the suspension).

So... yeah... I think it is popular enough, and it fits in with the seasonal time trail. So... 86-ilks! I have a Firestorm red Scion ready to go (which is cool, since I replaced my Impreza with an xB).

And yes, I do like parenthetical expressions (in case you couldn't tell).

Anyone wanna shoot me a friend request for D2? Would like to join if I can tonight and see how it is.
