Very stressful. Not good for me.

I had a lot of things to take care of. I barely had time to eat. Had a good workout though.

Not really. To be honest I would have left if my money situation was a bit better right now.

If you don't mind talking about it (and I hate to ask), what happened? Sometimes talking about it can help you to feel better.

Been there three years and I've never, not once, felt like I was ever good enough for one of the owners. Never felt appreciated, and whenever he talks to me over emails or messaging he always has a snotty attitude. I had to make a somewhat emergency doctors appointment last week with no notification before that morning and took the day off to do that. (my travel situation is crap as I have no working car ATM) Anyway, he was going off on me this morning about how I "need to schedule that stuff around work" and that "work is not an option".

I'm sorry but, my health is more important to me. And in the 3 years I have been there, I have ALWAYS followed procedure for taking days off, which I VERY rarely do anyway, and I am ALWAYS on time (except for the 2 days a week I have chiropractor appointments and get to work 40 minutes late) and I ALWAYS clock out no earlier than 5 minutes after 6:00. Not only that I'm due for a raise and the last time we asked we were told that sales were down so nothing would be happening. I left my last job due to a salary freeze, and it's happening all over again.

Anyway, I basically told him all that and he blew up and told me to leave as he "had a business to run". I gave him a few minutes and then went to see him. Long story short I sweet talked my way back in, but I did end up getting written up for not giving more notice for the day off. After my car is back on the road this weekend I will be searching for a new job. Problem is I am very picky and it's hard for me to find something I would enjoy doing.

Sorry for the long post and the sob story...:scared:

No need to be sorry. That is quite the unfortunate situation, I hope you find a new, better job ASAP. Good luck! 👍

My day was a bit of a mess. Don't want to go into detail, but I'm glad it's over and I got my butt out of there. :)

Loooong night I am so tired. My 9month old son had a restless night so I didn't get much sleep. Poor little guys allergies are acting up plus hes teething.

The joys of parenthood.

It was a public holiday today so the whole family was at home being lazy all day, having a lazy Sunday all over again. An off day after one day of work/school after the weekend. Tomorrow's gonna suck I can imagine. A random thing that happened was my dad roasted some cashew nuts. It's like one of his hobbies that he does during his days off. I played some CnC Generals Zero Hour and found out that a Youtuber I was subscribed to was uploading Zero Hour videos again after a long hiatus. He also uploaded some CnC Generals Alpha gameplay, so that was cool. From what I've watched, I'm not really feeling it though. It has the same CnC 3, Red Alert 3 kind of feel to the whole thing which I dislike. I guess it's okay as my computer can barely support any current games anyway. One less thing to look forward to. And to finish the day off, I had a song pop in my head from way back when I watched cartoons. A Powerpuff Girls song. :D

Good taste in music nk4e. 👍

My day started off pretty good for a Tuesday but got worse. My dad called after school and I had a lot of stuff I had to do before I could play. Then around 7:30 we get a call from my grandma saying my great grandfather just passed away. I was expecting it to happen soon but not today. I see it as he is in a better place now. So tomorrows a new day, ill make it the best it can be.

For the last 4 days, I was out of town 600km away from our home along with others. During those days, I wasn't able to log on in GTP since there's no internet access there, which kinda sucked.

That's rough man. Sorry for your loss. I hope you pull through bro.

From good to I just want to **** everything up. Seriously, **** today.

I hear ya. Woke up to a bad text and than later a bad email. Got a bit better near end of the day but 1hr of ok to a whole day off bad is still bad.

So I come into work this morning (5am) and the asshat who worked the night shift, didn't get my coffee ready, left the gas pumps on overnight, didn't sweep, didn't mop, left his cash in the till and didn't even count it. And on top of it all he didn't even clean the bathroom. Then last but not least after work, when I go home I have no green smoke. Worst day ever and it's not even 10 am yet.

Yesterday consists of writing a Biology essay on all 4 lessons i read, and took notes on. After that, I walked my Dog. After that. PS3... For the rest of the night.. Yes, Thats my Homeschool life.

Are you homeschooled for religious reasons?

Just played a decent round of golf at a golf course right next to the Old Straight at Silverstone 👍.
It's brilliant playing golf with the soundtrack to cars (sounded like V8 engines to me) in the background. Even got the treat of listening to an F1 car do a few laps mid-round.
A great day 👍

My day today started at noon because of the day I had yesterday. It was long, cold, rainy, miserable, and noisy. It was awesome.

2013 Petit Le Mans - GT Class Battle by gregthestig, on Flickr

2013 Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta :D I got there at 9am and left the track at 10pm or so. The rain was on and off for the first half of the race so that's what made it miserable. Once the skies cleared it was a great evening at the track.

No, Its because the Public School Suck **** Where i live. I did 7-8th grade. It was utter crap.

I remember when my little brother went to middle school in 6th and 7th grade. They were doing fractions, in math. When he would've been in pre-Algebra/Algebra I in his old school..... Utter crap.

Anyway, went shopping, now I have a paper to do, when I'm done, I can relax and either go out or play some GT5

Had to snap back to reality (there goes gravity, thanks Eminem) after having an outback rally-slash-giant party and major alcohol consumption the past week.

So last night I worked, before that making a quick blog-of-sorts about my trip away. End shameless plug.

To be honest I really do not blame you. I'd do the same thing. Health is definitely more important.

So far my day has been okay. Presented the local news on the station that I work for this morning, hopefully I'll crack on with some coursework later on.

Somewhat bad and an irritating day.

Someone had to be obnoxious about it and then sent me PM to what had happened earlier just to give me something I didn't expect.

I can't resist but sometimes, they're so tiresome in my eyes.

Was going fine, until I had to bring some stock back to the warehouse as there was no more room to store it on the shop floor.
Then this old git who works in the warehouse then had a huge, unnecessary moan at us for it, even though there really is nowhere to put the stock.
My blood is now boiling. I don't usually wish an injury on people, but he is coming close to being one of them.

Edit 5th to half of 8th Grade. It was horrible. Also I live in the Adirondacks.

Now on the topic, I've been busy as heck. Doing 3 Hours of DJ'in on the 31st. Need to collect 100-130 songs. Well be the best party ever.

DJ Kitten!!!
