So, how was your day?

My day has sucked monkey balls through a coffee stir. I'm in a bit of a pickle, and nobody I know is willing to help. On top of that, I've sent fifty messages on my various dating sites and I've gotten one reply that didn't materialize into anything. In a catastrophically bad mood I am.

My day hasn't been so great, last week was sheer madness and this week so far is turning out to be that way too. :grumpy: Been in a bad mood all day for the most part, but luckily I got to belittle some zombies and kick and slaughter them everywhere! :mischievous:  (Call of Duty Black Ops of course) Hoping tomorrow will be better than today.

If there was one thing I kept in mind today that prevented everything from getting so much worse, it was Tom M's signature.

It said this:
Never argue with an idiot, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

If I hadn't have read that, things would have gotten really stupid.:ouch:

TB
Please tell me you're not talking about your testicles.

What a stupid thing to say...

FYI, this isn't a thread for that. Just saying.

Please know how to understand that before you say some unnecessary things. Now, BTT.

My day was good enough, just doing my usual things: wake up, school, homework, use laptop or PS3, sleep, repeat. Yeah.

Just missed Philosophy 2 days in a row now I have 4 absents from that class. I hope I don't get kicked out. I can't depend on the bus system for school anymore.

Slow buses are nothing new to me where I live. My college uses some public transportation buses and them drivers are like the slowest people on earth.

Awful day. Our 10 year old (11 next month) Maltese who we've had her whole life had to be put down today. I've never had to have a dog put down before and I feel like I've lost a family member, but I guess I have... Been doing nothing but crying the last 2 hours and the only thing that makes me feel better about it is thinking about how good of a life we've given her.

Ohhh... sorry to hear that... may she rest in peace... :(

As for me, it's been an awful, long day... very, very boring... :indiff:

It's been a long time since the whole family got together for a movie. Years, if I remember correct. So tonight, we finally sat down to watch a movie. Halfway through, my dad went and took a bath. Shortly after, my mom said she was sleepy and went to bed. Anddddd the movie was ended prematurely. I know things change as time pasts but, I am a little sad. :(

Maybe next time.

Oh lord I know what it's like to lose a pet. I cried for hours at a time when my first husky passed away. It will get better, I promise.

I'm very sorry to hear that, I know it's hard. I've lost two pets, a rabbit and a husky, both when I was a kid and it hurt like hell. I know it's a process but I hope you feel better soon.

My day didn't go so well, on account of other people. I just seems like there are more and more a-holes everyday and it's really wearing thin. All day, complete strangers being inconsiderate, tailgating me, cutting me off, slamming doors in my face in stores, you name it. Everything finally came to a boiling point when I was trying to park and this car in front of me in the aisle stared backing up. I was boxed in with nowhere to go and he just kept backing up and I blipped my horn when he was a couple inches away to let him know I was back there. Well he flipped me off, but more than that a person who was just walking by decided to start a fight with me over that. He wasn't even with the driver I honked at, he was just some random fool. He said I was an inconsiderate a-hole for not backing up to avoid getting hit :dunce:, even though I couldn't back up because there was a car behind me :dunce::dunce:. Well already pissed with other people from the day I decided to continue the argument with him which ended up in much yelling and expletives. Well he turned out to be the store manager of the grocery store I went there to shop at. He said if I ever came back he'd have me arrested. So now I have a choice to make, drive 45 minutes (instead of 20) to the next nearest grocery store, or try and get him fired by filing a complaint to the corporate office. I might try the latter as I was very civil until he started cussing and threatening me, then I kinda lost it and started yelling and cussing back, plus he started the fight for no reason what so ever.

My day's been horrible. Academically, it's been a good day, but socially..... it's BRUTAL!

Why is it, that people can't drive without the "brights" on at night in Panama? Are people that 🤬 retarded?! It's bad enough that I get blinded by HID's and LED's, but the ones that piss me off the most, are the morons who equip fog lights, as casual lights. Then they have the nerve to turn on the brights in those.

I had a guy a couple of hours earlier, tailgate me in a 🤬 beat down Toyota Hilux. On top of that, he was blinding me with his brights that reflected on my mirrors.

The worse part is, I CAN'T DO A THING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!

It's not like in the Balkans, where you can BEAT THE CRAP out of an ignorant driver..... :indiff: (Well, you could before..... I don't know about it now.)

UGHHHHH!!!!!!!

@XS, I would've probably done something irrational in that situation :mischievous:

Thanks for the kind words everyone. Like I said, it was the first dog I've ever had to have put down and it was extremely overwhelming (not like it won't be when our others have to go) but hopefully I'll know a bit more on what to expect...

Rant about stupid people driving with their lights on high beam when they don't need it

I agree entirely. It would be plausible if it was really dark, but it is rarely dark enough to need to put lights on high beam. It's annoying when they're coming the other way too, because then they blind you directly while your driving past them.

No problem. Vent if you need to.

Yep. Sometimes I turn on my high beams (thank goodness I read that in your post - "brights") to oncoming traffic. Then I get the feeling of guilt due to the fact that the drivers I'm blinding are probably just as pissed off as I am.

Today was pretty fun. There was a festival at my lil bro's school, and it was cool helping people out. Good to get out of the house and socialize.

My day was pretty good. I went to the fall show that was put on by my local Ferrari dealer, and went to a dealer to look at potential S60 replacements. And I had some of Sonic's cheesecake bites, which makes things even better.

Then, as soon as I get home and am walking to my door, I accidentally drop my iPhone on the concrete. To my extreme disappointment, I picked it up and saw that the screen was completely shattered. It's hard to read anything on there.

Did you have a protective case for it? Then again, IPhones are pretty fragile.

Anyway, day went ok. Had to go clothes shopping. :yuck: Took forever it seems like. Got home and found out that my brother turned off the PS3 while it was saving, glad nothing was corrupted. After that, played a bit of Black Ops with the recent update. And that's my day.

Better ain't always better. :odd:

Yes. I keep a case on there. I dropped my 4 so many times and it never got a crack. I drop my 5 once and it shatters. Just my luck. :(

Half the reason why I didn't go straight to iOS5. Hope you get another phone. :D

Job interview on Tuesday. :D

They called me a day after I put my application in so hopefully they're a bit desperate.
